This place can be hosted with a number of events of your choice, private party, drama set, you name it, it will happen and be taken care of by the facility. On my first visit, I wasn't expecting it to look so eye appealing, but stepping in sure answered that question. The room is fairly large with plenty of seating and also a balcony with tables along with a bar - pretty cool if you ask me. With it being very crowded, there are two stair wells to move foot traffic along quickly. I like the decorations all around the room, especially the disco balls that were hanging (a big fan of disco, no joke). It's awesome just taking it all in. The room looked very clean for our event, and I highly recommend booking them for any event if your choice. *Parking is provided on the street and also a parking area just east of this building. Also, the Dramatic Hall is located on the 3rd level via elevator or stairs.*

First off, I have to say this, I've never seen anything like the Dramatic Hall. It sure lives up to its name. Seriously so much drama and it surely is a photographers playground. It was the perfect atmosphere for a Sunday wedding. Can't say enough how much I enjoyed photographing a wedding here. Everything was so royal and "extra" without being too over the top. The lightning truly was my favorite as well as all the industrial/modern feels. Love the disco balls that hang elegantly as well as the two stairs that wrap around. It's such a fun, different space for any occasion but especially for a wedding. Parking's not the best but they have street parking available nearby. Sunday's it's free so that's a plus. If you're looking for a different kind of venue this is your spot. You will love all the drama and fun it has!

My friends got married inside. The wall in which they got married in front of had a fire alarm right in the middle. That fire alarm will be in EVERY picture!! I would go crazy! 2. That same wall had a light fixture with lamp shades. The lamp shades were crooked. 3. The sweetheart table had NO light on them. In fact for the first hour we couldn't figure out where they were sitting. There was light during speeches thanks to their photographer. 4. The cocktail area space is so small! You could barely walk from one side to the other. As a guest it was extremely uncomfortable. 5. The food was okay and there was a great dessert table but the table was outside the ballroom so you barely knew it was there. 6. Last, the bartenders were so slow! There were two bars and a nonstop line at both bars all night. They should have had more help. I would not suggest having your wedding there unless you are paying under $90pp because it should not be more than that.

It was amazing that this venue could accommodate all three events... plus, provide a cocktail party in-between the wedding and reception while the main room was being transformed into a dining area with a dance floor in the middle! At the end of the night, a coffee and cookies station appeared at the exit so guests could grab some snacks for the drive home! That was a nice touch! The staff were very professional and helpful! One of the glass vases tipped over - spilled water and shattered glass were efficiently cleaned up! Thanks so much for a memorable time!

When I heard any compliments regarding the reception, the most common being 'that was the best reception I've ever been to,' it was usually preceded by 'the DJ was awesome.' And I couldn't have put it any better myself. I now know that the party doesn't even begin without a talented DJ, so I wanted to thank you, not only for playing great music, but for bringing the kind of energy and enthusiasm necessary to make for an unbelievable night." James was extremely professional and gave us an excellent deal. The music that we also requested as "must-plays" were played, which made me very happy. He was also an awesome MC.
