From poor designing, scratched materials, elementary installation, and a very argumentative general manager, this company simply disappoints. The customer service as well is minimal. Emails do not get responded to, installers seem depressed, the general manager seems to have status as if he is better than others and comes across belittling, and so much more. Learned this first hand while on site at my own home (pertaining to the general manager). Very unimpressed. You can see from the videos and photos what I am referring to. There are many options out there these days, and unfortunately this coming has gotten too comfortable and is lacking craftsmanship and integrity. I would avoid them.
