    # CONSIGNORS BEWARE…read more Okay, so I need to share my experience with Occasional Wife because this is honestly wild... The TL;DR? Their sticker system is a DISASTER and it's costing consignors money. Here's what's happening: They use these flimsy price tags/ID stickers that literally just... fall off? And when that sticker falls off, POOF -- your item becomes a ghost. No tracking number = no payment for you. The store just keeps 100% of the sale. I've personally seen MULTIPLE items sitting there with zero identification. No price, no consignor number, nothing. When you ask about it? "Oh, the sticker must've fallen off ‍" Like... THAT'S the system?? This isn't a one-time oopsie -- this is a pattern. And it's honestly unacceptable when real people are trusting this business with their valuable items. **Kay (the owner) -- if you're reading this:** Your entire business model depends on consignors trusting you with their stuff. But how can we trust a system where our items can literally become untraceable because of a bad sticker? Your consignors are literally filling your store with inventory. We deserve better tracking than "sorry, sticker fell off, guess it's ours now! " **Bottom line for anyone thinking of consigning here:** There's a very real chance your item will lose its ID and you'll never see a dime. You might as well be donating your stuff for free. Please, PLEASE invest in better stickers or a better tracking system. This shouldn't be that hard to fix. #OccasionalWife #SmallBusinessAccountability

They should be clear boxes that are lighter and easier to manipulate. I paid more than enough for this service. I did not post the photo of the hot mess of a workshop that I have to organize when I am well enough that they did not do a good job of. It's not even neat and clear.

The installers, Barry and Carlos came in and did a impeccable job of installing the closet with very little clean up afterwards. I highly recommend Inspired Closets Baton Rouge. We had a master closet, two other bedrooms, and a full laundry room built by Inspired Closets. In…read morethe end, we would never use them again, but I will leave an honest review: Positive: Felicity did communicate with us; however, there was still a lot of confusion and we ended up with things we just didn't like or function well for us. The laminate peeled off most of the laundry room, and they did come to fix it. The lighting burned out of different sections, and they did come and fix that as well, but it has been about four times, so it was really annoying but they did fix the things that kept falling apart. Negative: We had some fancy drawers sourced from another one of their vendors, and we changed our mind about adding doors since we didn't like having laminate doors that couldn't be painted and wanted real wood doors. Because we didn't want the doors, we didn't want the fancy, and very expensive drawers since they would be covered by the wood doors that were being built buy someone else; however, we were shocked to see that they were installed. As the drawers were there, we had to buy draw pulls that cost quite a bit, but they will not fit behind the doors being built. There was some misunderstanding during the time I was having cancer surgery. There was no reason to hurry, but Felicity and our contractor, who have a long history kept pushing which was completely unnecessary. The closets sat in the house a year before we moved in. The cost was enormous, and I liked the closets from the Container Store I had built in my previous house much better. The plastic veneer seams are very noticeable and the corners are not flush with the wall and when you try to touch it up, it looks bad against the sheetrock. Now that we are having real wood doors, we have having to remove and throw away the drawer fronts, the expensive handles are not needed. Additionally, the inner drawers will now also have to be remade, and it doesn't look like the good solid custom doors will fit properly and will not look good against the surround of the plastic veneer. At this point we believe we will have to just demo the whole thing and lose the $30Kish for what was built and then have the additional cost of rebuilding it to be more functional. If we had just had it built will real wood from the beginning, it would have been cheaper and nicer. We very much felt bullied by the contractor with the close relationship with Inspired Closets. Also, the doors in the laundry room, continually hit each other because of the way it is designed.
