They then provided me with an estimate of over $4,000 to repair my Sub-Zero freezer, which I found completely unreasonable and did not accept. Afterward, I simply turned my refrigerator off and back on, and everything started working perfectly again--without any repair or additional cost. Considering that I paid over $300 just for a 10-minute diagnostic visit, I found the experience extremely disappointing and the charge excessive. I would not recommend their service and would never use this company again.

The company got back to me very quickly and was very responsive to my messages. They were also on time with the appointment. Unfortunately, while I thought that just the display board needs replacing, the tech thought it could be something more extensive and expensive, and in the end we decided that if we were to spend $400 or more to repair it we might as well get a new unit. This review is for the company being responsive and on time with the appointment, but I didn't use them for any actual repair.
