They are straight shooters who doesn't just tell you what you want to hear to secure a listing. When we sold our first home with him, he helped us price it perfectly, and even got us a contractor to complete the items on the reply to inspections. When we bought our next place, he helped us get the perfect home. He sifted through dozens of potential homes, and narrowed it down to 4! It only took one outing to find our place! He walked through the home with us and pointed out items we should be aware of, and even gave us rough price estimates of what things might cost so we could make an informed decision. I definitely recommend Tashlik real estate! Thanks again guys!

Though we were specific where we wanted to live this agent drove us all over the area - miles out of our target area. We felt like we were trapped or kidnapped and couldn't wait to get away from her grip. Because we wanted some acreage (2 to 5 acres) she kept trying to talk us into buying a horse farm that had something like 40 acres. We don't ride horses, but this didn't seem to be a problem for her, she would teach us! And the house was also about $350,000 over our budget - but she assured us we could get a mortgage, after all, as she stated, we're friends aren't we!?! I never met the woman before, no she was not my friend! Finally the truth came out, it was her house. This was a bad, bad experience and any time I pass that agency my head starts to pound again.

They always answer the phone promptly, always deliver when they say they will, and have very reasonable prices. One time, my oil furnace stopped working and wouldn't turn on. They came out very quickly, said that some water may have gotten into the tank during the last delivery they made, and fixed everything for free on the spot. I don't know a SINGLE gas company that would have been honest about the mistake and promptly correct it for free. I'm genuinely so glad I switched to them and I hope they never sell to a big gas corp like all the other local gas companies have. Thank you for having your customer's backs and providing impeccable service. It's extremely rare these days!
