Unfortunately, the store is under new ownership and I do not recommend ever buying something from them. My couch was delivered and was put together without the middle "foot." We did not realize this until the frame started buckling in the center, but as soon as we did I called to inform them. It took about a month or more until they finally came out to look at the couch. The man that came was nice and informed me of the problem and that they would fix it; however, I did not hear back from the store. After another month, I called again and the new owner shouted at me and said that this was the first he had heard about it and that the best that he could do would be to send someone with the missing "foot," but he did not want to discuss what was to be done about the warped frame. When I continued to push the issue and question how he would make the situation "right," he shouted more and swore at me, ultimately hanging up on me. I would stay far away from this store and this very unprofessional owner.

Earlier this week our fridge died, and unfortunately we purchased a model from a big-box retailer. That retailer's installation did not go well, so we returned it and went to Rozman Bros. Not only did they have exactly what we wanted in stock, but they were able to rush a delivery out to us. They even helped us move our "new old" (to be returned) fridge out of the way until it got picked up! I also love that unlike virtually every other store, Rozman Bros does not make you sign a 5-page contract just to purchase something. They don't try to upsell you or demand that you buy their extended warranty. That alone is worth the few extra minutes' drive! I was also happy to see Rozman Bros using their own employees to handle delivery and installation. Most big box retailers outsource that to some random third party company, which adds a lot of finger-pointing if things go wrong. Since Rozman Bros uses their own employees, they're fully accountable from top to bottom.
