The personalized treatment, care, concern and encouragement I received was head and shoulders above my two prior out of state experiences. From the receptionists to the therapy aids, to the physical therapists the whole team is a special group of people that truly care about the individual and the care they provide. The therapists are kind, skilled, knowledgeable, and were willing to help me learn in any way that they could. It was a great 16-week rotation. I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking to get great care in the Kimberly area.

I left full informative messages on the answering machine and with the answering service more than 20 times being told "I will het this to them right away" I even emailed him directly, he said he will have his secretary call me first thing in the morning...NEVER CALLED! I even left another message with the answering service and email to him, NO CALL EVER! They don't want your money or mine, and worse, don't care about the health of the patient! Illegal Business! I…read morewas looking for a place to get a massage and came across Na'masaje on google. When I arrived, I spoke with the Owner, Eric Deegear, for just a moment, and he immediately made me very uncomfortable... But I ignored my gut feeling and had the massage anyway, not with Eric (thankfully), but with another therapist. It was okay, but I felt like my therapist was a bit unprofessional and inexperienced. She talked throughout the entire session and the massage felt rushed and inconsistent; it was not a relaxing experience. Later I found out that she was actually NOT a licensed massage therapist, she was an "apprentice" of Eric's "program." I was not informed I was seeing an "apprentice" ... After my visit, I decided to learn more about Na'masaje and its owner, Eric Deegear. I was completely dumbfounded when I looked up Eric's massage therapy license on the Idaho Board of Occupational Licenses', under massage discipline, I saw Eric's name multiple times. He has broken numerous laws, and he has committed MULTIPLE accounts of ILLICIT INAPPROPRIATE CONDUCT with his clients and employees!!! He's even admitted this! Eric plead guilty to breaking multiple Idaho Codes and Laws and he CANNOT LEGALLY OWN A MASSAGE BUSINESS in Boise, Idaho. His License has been REVOKED, including any potential renewal or reinstatement rights. PLEASE I encourage you ALL to look into his Court Cases on the Idaho Board of Occupational Licenses', under massage discipline, before coming to Na'Masaje. Educate yourselves about who you are supporting by going to any of Na'Masaje's Locations... Be very weary of this unethical, immoral, fraudulent, and deceitful man...

My mom had a huge mental block to go through old papers and file cabinets. Deborah has a mental health background and helped my mom through the organization process.
