He's good at both listening to patients and explaining treatment methods, and his overall bedside manner is very cheerful. I've never felt rushed during the sessions. I've also enjoyed learning more from him about traditional Eastern medicine and how it differs from or is similar to Western medicine. He does a good job of explaining how both can work together and benefit from each other. The office staff here is excellent as well. My insurance can be tricky to process, but it was processed quickly here with no issues or delays. I also appreciate how friendly and kind the staff are every time I arrive.
