Upon meeting him outside I discovered that he does not take credit cards, a mistake on my part as I had called other cab companies beforehand to compare prices and some of the other guys did take credit cards. He didn't have any problem stopping off at a gas station on the way so I could use the ATM. I arrived at my destination without incident and all was well. Even though there wasn't anything special or eventful that would make me go out of my way to rave about them, the simple fact that it was uneventful and the driver being on time and polite was plenty to appreciate.

Time passed and I reached back out to dispatch because no one showed. The dispatch tells me driver left because he called me and a guy answered and said they didn't order a taxi. Instead of verifying the number and maybe calling me back they cancel my ride. So I ask where the driver is now due to me about to be late for work. Dispatch says 5-8 mins. Not even 5 mins later the driver finally calls the correct number and says he is now in West Lafayette and it's traffic so my tardiness is basically not his problem. All and all terrible experience no one's apologetic for THEIR mistake. HIGHLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. The driver alone had a very nasty attitude.

Website shows a Lincoln under Fleet and is described as "luxurious fleet of vehicles," and I was picked up in a black Impala Sedan that had crumbs in the seats and a trunk dirty with grass. I talked to the company owner who insisted the Impala was a 2020 and nice car, but I use airport service often and this was not an acceptable vehicle for this type of service- it did not have the feel of a high end, luxury vehicle inside, both in the quality of the interior nor the ride. I would recommend using another airport car service company if you are looking for the "luxury" experience this company claimed to deliver. The owner did apologize but did not offer anything further to compensate for the experience.
