I saw this store on Ebay first, and check out their site. Made my order of over $80. I left a…read moremessage on order asking for smaller pieces and thinner due to the weight and order size. Well, they did not even bother to read and stuff 4 large thick pieces in a box, not wrapped with plastic to avoid water or extra tape around the ends of the box. It was raining in CA and the box tore on the ends....some leather got dragged on the ground. I then had to pull out my skiving knife and spent a good amount of time to cut them into smaller pieces just to move them around. Overall, they were decent on shipping time and got what I ordered, but their service is very poor. Both in communication and packaging.
