Dear Management Team,…read more I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent spa visit, as I was very disappointed with the customer service experience despite enjoying the massage itself. Prior to booking, we called to ask specifically about using a SpaFinder gift card and were advised that it would be accepted. Upon arrival, I also confirmed this directly with the front desk staff before our service, and I was again assured it would not be an issue. However, after our service concluded, I was informed that the gift card was not accepted after all. Had I been given accurate information, I would not have proceeded with the service that day. During this interaction, a young blonde-haired employee approached the front desk, stated "of course we don't take it," rolled her eyes, and walked away. This response felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially given that the confusion stemmed from misinformation provided by staff. Additionally, the men's locker room shower did not have hot water, which further detracted from the overall experience.

After researching local options for a quality spray tan for my wedding in Estes Park, I came across…read morethe Screaming' Peach & decided to go ahead & give it a try. I'm not local to the area, so I really had no idea what the reputations were of spray tan establishments & didn't want to risk having a bad spray tan. I really went deep into the internet to find quality reviews of spray tans & this was the one place that seemed to have it down to an art. Even though I had to drive about an hour from Estes Park to Longmont, it was 100% worth it. The lobby area is super cute with a great selection of clothing, accessories & gifts. I didn't have to wait very long before being called back to the service room. The woman who did my spray tan was SO incredibly nice & paid extra attention to detail. She was done in about 10 minutes & we had a nice conversation about each others' lives in that time. When I went to go check out, she recommended a travel-sized kit that would help prolong the life of the tan, and I'm SO glad that she did! I kept the glow going for about a week & a half after because of this. All-in-all, I was very impressed with the quality of service, attention to detail & skill. This was definitely one of the best spray tans that I received, and I'm so thankful. Thank you Screamin' Peach!

I went in for estradiol pellets to help relieve a few menopause symptoms. At a later visit, while describing new symptoms, Dr. Rastegar discovered and acknowledged she had forgotten to prescribe progesterone, which is a necessary part of this procedure. She inserted another estrogen pellet before addressing the issue, and added a prescription for progesterone. Once I started taking the progesterone, for the next few months I experienced heavy bleeding and painful cramping, ultimately requiring an ultrasound at my own expense that showed a thickened uterine lining, which is a documented result of receiving estradiol without progesterone. When I raised concerns about the prolonged bleeding, discomfort, and the initial oversight, the response was dismissive and framed as "just a risk of HRT". Dr. Rastegar held no accountability of her oversight, nor did she offer meaningful support. Hormone therapy requires careful management and follow-up. That standard was not met in my case, and I want other women to be fully informed before seeking similar treatment here.

Previous to coming here I've spent 100's of dollars buying laser hair removal treatments on Groupon only to have my hair grow back rather quickly. The quality of her laser machine is top notch and very worth the extra cost per treatment. Highly recommend :)

I took my daughter for a head spa experience and unfortunately it fell far short of what we…read moreexpected. The scalp treatment itself felt very basic, just two washes with Herbal Essence shampoo. My technician scrubbed so aggressively that I had to ask him three separate times to be gentler. They did not do a scalp examination or any treatments - just two washes and a rinse. After applying conditioner, it was fully rinsed out and then they ran the rain-water feature, so there was absolutely no conditioner left in the hair. He then left the room, with the rain feature running on my neck for about ten minutes, returned, wrapped my hair, and took me to the blow-dry station. At that point my scalp was already raw and he began pulling the brush through wet and unconditioned hair. My (adult) daughter's experience was even more difficult. Her hair became so knotted that a noticeable chunk came out while trying to detangle it. Her technician left her to work through the knots on her own. We eventually found some hair oil and finished combing our hair ourselves. The massage portion was average for me and felt overly intense for my daughter (she was sore/bruised the next day). Overall the visit left us both uncomfortable rather than relaxed. I'm not someone who usually posts negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share so others who are looking for a gentle, restorative head-spa experience can set expectations accordingly.
