I quickly asked if they had the Camellia-embossed WOC in Black and when the SA said, "Yes," I was in shock - I couldn't believe it! She escorted us downstairs to Accessories and she and another SA proceeded to bring out a few WOC options. The Camellia, the Quilt in Lambskin and Calfskin, and Gold and Silver hardware selections. It's strange, but even the classic quilted WOC is difficult to find and it was nice to finally see everything in person. After making my selection, I was pleased that the SA brought out the brand new WOC and asked if I would like to inspect it. I carefully did and found no imperfections or marks. Absolutely perfect. Service, of course, was exceptional. Everyone was so very nice and welcoming from the moment we stepped in the boutique. It was extremely helpful that everyone spoke English as well! We were thoughtfully offered hot water since it was a cooler day, however, I preferred chilled water and received a bottle of Evian instead. The SA that completed my transaction even escorted us back upstairs before handing me my shopping bag. Wonderful experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend a visit!

From the moment I walked into the store, Vijay was extremely courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained to me the entire process, and was patient as I asked many questions. He did not pressure me to buy or to upgrade, but simply tried to find out how he could serve me better. I ended up getting a tuxedo, vest, and custom tuxedo shirt. I was so pleased with the process after the first day, that I ordered 2 more custom shirts when I came back for my fitting. I needed 1 more adjustment on the vest, and Vijay was happy to do everything in order to make me happy. Unfortunately, Vijay had let me know he had to leave the day I was to receive the shirts. However, he arranged so that I could pick up everything easily without any problems at all. Overall, I was extremely happy with my experience with Vijay and Om Custom Tailors. T-shirts, dresses, fans, clips, lunchboxes, Elsa costumes, hats, stickers, drink bottles, bags (of many, many shapes and descriptions), pencil cases, chopsticks, clocks, mugs .... OMG, you get my drift. The Disney merchandising empire spans the globe and product from all over the world seems to find itself in Hong Kong (the stickers I bought were Korean) so the range is truly vast - and terrifying - but prices are pretty good here. The accessories (sunglasses, neckwear especially) is a bit limited, but I imagine most people aren't coming to Gap to for this. Like many big chains in this part of the world, the store is overstaffed with a lot of employees running around in search of something to do. The last two times I came here I was rang up by a girl named Ringtone. (#3) The best part is she thought MY name was strange. This alone makes me want to come back. Another thing to note: While most Gap stores will take in anything from other Gap stores as return items, it is subject to manager approval for international locations. I've used this bag now for a couple of years but have since been back to by accessories for the bag like a collapsible umbrella that fits nicely into the side pocket etc... On a return trip to Hong Kong I brought my bag back because my engraved initials fell off and they fixed it on the spot for free... now that's service. It wasn't until last week that I finally ventured inside the boutique to check out the goods! And what beautiful goods they are. Despite the name, Shanghai Tang is actually a Hong Kong-born luxury goods retailer. The brand exudes timeless elegance and incorporates that unmistakable Chinese aesthetic. They make gorgeous dresses, small leather goods, scarves, jewelry, children's clothing, lacquered jewelry boxes, and more. I fell in love with a very unique scarf which features gray-hued Mongolian cashmere on one side, and a show-stopping fuchsia silk with Chinese pattern on the other side. It's quite the statement scarf, and I know it will instigate a lot of interesting conversations! My friend found a really striking green silk dress with the most precise tailoring, and I purchased a cotton shirt for my little niece which features delicate embroidery and a Mandarin collar. If you're looking for special gifts for close friends and family, I highly recommend the enamel bangle bracelets. They're worthy of collecting! Shanghai Tang is now my one-stop shop for beautiful pieces that make highly-coveted gifts.

I returned it to the store, and their manager, Alice, explained that according to the brand policy, they would need to ship the faulty belt to their china factory for repair and that I would have it back in approximately 6 weeks. When I complained about the fact that they had offer no replacement or exchange the manager said that it would take them some days to consider and get back to me. Bottom line, I will ABSOLUTELY NEVER shop again at this brand. The prices are high enough to expect high and immediate customer service and support that resolves things on the spot. They can keep the belt.

They have a location in Terminal 1 and this one in Terminal 2. There is a difference between the two though. This location is actually a Lacoste Outlet. So you will find apparel from this popular brand at discounted prices. Some things are marked down 50% or more. The MSRP price tag is quite high though. Pricier than buying Lacoste apparel in the US, but the discounts make the cost a little more reasonable. The selection here is mostly men's apparel, though there is a small selection for women. Apparel here consisted of mostly polos, t-shirts and long sleeve shirts from the Lacoste and Lacoste Live brands. Found a polo that was marked down from over HK$900 to under HK$400 that I liked. Tried it on in one of the makeshift changing rooms in the back. You will want to check online for sizes or ask one of the sales reps as Lacoste uses a numeric system for their clothing. Small is size 4 FYI for men's polos. If you like the Lacoste brand and have time to burn at HKIA, check out this outlet location. You might be able to find a deal here. Though you could probably find comparable prices in the US for these same goods.
