Poor customer service. Just like the Chanel in San Francisco and Sydney, they cater directly to Chinese, Korean and Japanese clientele. It's horrible to stereo type, but that is exactly what they do.
I walked the entire store, zero service, only when I was leaving the girl looked at the LV bags I was carrying did she rush to meet me at the door. I tried to view wallets and passport holders, and instead was sidelined by Japanese clientele, it felt like a fish market. I walked out.
This Chanel store does not do it for me. Instead I will be patient and shop when we visit Vegas or NY, service there makes you feel VIP.
