Example 2 No prior notice given and would just enter the apartment. Example 3 If something was broken and needed fixing they would find a way to make it your fault, then not fix it and tell you to pay for it. Now that we are trying to rent somewhere else, they have lied on forms asking about our rental history (which I have proof) and compromising any future housing we are considering. NEVER RENT WITH THEM!!!!

Had to leave in a hurry because my car was stolen and I no longer felt safe living on Spring Creek Ave. I asked for more time to clean the place properly but the property manager told me don't worry about it and they have cleaning crews. Ended up charging me an extra $1300 for minimal dirt and wear and tear which included $150 for a dirty fridge and $600 to repaint the place for a few small holes left from a tv mount. I know they're gonna pay someone $150 to come clean the place and pocket close to an extra $1000 from me. Charged me $150 for dirty cabinets still trying to figure that one out. I'll spare you the details of how poor communication and maintenance response times were. Hands down the worst renting experience I've ever had.
