Also good luck getting a hold of someone they don't answer their phones and leave the office early. Example 1 bathroom ceiling started leaking called the emergency line since it was not during office hours (no answer), they called back asked if we called maintenance. Had to explain to the employee that it was not during office hours no one was there and the ceiling leaking seemed like a "fix it now" problem. Example 2 No prior notice given and would just enter the apartment. Example 3 If something was broken and needed fixing they would find a way to make it your fault, then not fix it and tell you to pay for it. Now that we are trying to rent somewhere else, they have lied on forms asking about our rental history (which I have proof) and compromising any future housing we are considering. NEVER RENT WITH THEM!!!!

Ended up charging me an extra $1300 for minimal dirt and wear and tear which included $150 for a dirty fridge and $600 to repaint the place for a few small holes left from a tv mount. I know they're gonna pay someone $150 to come clean the place and pocket close to an extra $1000 from me. Charged me $150 for dirty cabinets still trying to figure that one out. I'll spare you the details of how poor communication and maintenance response times were. Hands down the worst renting experience I've ever had.
