They put new wood in, and stained it the color I chose. They sanded down a few of the bedrooms that already had hardwood, and there is a clear discoloration in the wood surrounding the perimeter of the rooms. It's very noticeable. On top of that, I've never seen hardwoods that dent so easily (where the new wood was put in). I've dropped a cup in the kitchen and it put a huge dent in the floor. Everyday things that should not scuff up wood floors put dents in these floors. 1 year after installation my entire kitchen and living room look like absolute shit because we used these guys. (We've barely lived in the house and the floors look like trash). Putting rugs down. Never again. From now on we'll do it ourselves, there's no way it could come out any worse.

Despite coming to our home and taking room measurements, we could not get a quote from this contractor for months. The urine smell in the house was a daily nightmare, we just wanted this done! Frustrated, I found Ben's company online and sent him a message about needing a quote for the LVP install. To my surprise, he responded immediately and was able to come out within a couple of days to see the floors and take measurements. Better yet, he got us a quote the SAME night. So floors are not up to counter. Cigarette butts were thrown on the ground even with a bucket right there. Flat head screws were taped next to a closet door and he couldn't find them so put in larger pan head screws so now closet will not close and offered to fix by putting toothpicks to fix mistake. Put material and tools all over counter without protecting. Final straw was NEVER finished and left the bedroom like in the pictures. Ruined the drop ceiling putting in the counter and never fixed.. think twice before hiring.
