Local Burrito is synonymous with happiness in my mind. Try it out, you will not be sorry. Also, here's a pro-tip. If the ingredient mix were balanced, this could have had much more flavor than it did. I had an event of about fifty people-- we had a two-hour serving window. Keepin Up With the Jones's food truck came about 90 minutes or so early to prep. The menu we had included: pulled pork, buffalo chicken sandwich, chicken bacon and ranch sandwich, cheeseburger, hamburger and popcorn chicken. Along with fries, baked beans, coleslaw and potato salad as sides. I am not kidding when I say everything that came out was great! Everyone was clean plate club. (And that is saying something.
