Generally speaking, this Dicks Sporting Goods store carries a good variety of clothing, equipment,…read moreand sneakers. I can always find something that matches my style every time I am in the store- whether I looking or not!

This store might look like a solid sporting goods shop on the surface.. it's got a wide selection…read moreof gear for most activities ranging from corn hole to gold to even cloud-of-dust football, but dig a little deeper and the problems show fast. First off, the staff.. Friendly enough, but they don't know what they're selling in some cases and the green ones just aren't trained properly. Ask a question about a specific item, and you'll, at-times, get a shrug, a guess, or a gentle push toward buying something they think might work. Other times, you'll get a jbiwkedgavbke individual who can be friendly. On one end, It's the kind of customer service that leaves you doubting your purchase the second you walk out; while on the other, you'll be happy enough. All is good enough to fit the norm and I would give it a high rating, but what really turned my head the other way, though, is the direction this store is heading. They quietly got rid of their firearms section, clearly as a political move to appeal to the mainstream. That might earn them points in certain circles, but let's be honest, sportsmen don't follow woke trends, and we don't check our rights at the door just to make people feel comfortable. If a true sporting goods store doesn't stand behind all aspects of the outdoor and sporting lifestyle, then what are they really selling? In short: present day good selection, but a store that's lost its backbone. I'll be taking my business elsewhere anymore.

This store goes way beyond just selling running shoes. While footwear is clearly their main focus,…read morethey also stock all the extras that runners actually need, ranging from arch supports to moisture-wicking gear to even post-workout shoe odor remover. It's a one-stop shop for training and recovery. What really makes it stand out, though, is the staff... They're not just friendly, but actually know their stuff. They'll watch your running stride right in the store (tread mill) and recommend the best shoe for your running style, all at no extra cost, in the name of friendly service. It feels more like being helped by a coach than just a salesperson. If you're serious about running, training, or even just taking a Sunday stroll, this is the kind of place that makes you feel set up for success.

This store is so pushy and shady. Do not accept the offer for VIP, or let them test your feet for…read morethe right sneakers without asking questions. They'll be slick and give you these black socks to try on, and then charge you at the end unless you say no. They'll charge you $150 for orthotic type inner soles at the end too without telling you the price upfront. I had to tell them no to everything. I can get my own custom made orthotics for nothing. The salesperson did say that my orthotics from them can get reimbursed through insurance. If that's true, great if not, we have a problem if she gives out false information to customers. They FORCE the VIP club down your throat, it's disgusting. I would not come here again.

Reply; Lets keep it to the facts. 1.Purchase a bike on good faith. 2.Used the bike several times…read morealong with rehab. 3. If the bike was new, why was the console replaced-- burnt out from the back, when nothing was never pluged in. Never received a new bike, regardless of my demand. I taught students about lying, theres no benefit. 4. BBB attempted several times to reach them with no reply. 5. Now this is where you have to BEWARE! The only recipt given at the time of purchase, has the paid amount and not even my signature, no terms of sale! He was so fast and happy to take an old cripple lady's money. 4 grand to be exact! Haha! If that's how they have to get their coin, God bless them. They hide the terms and condition of the sale on the DELIVERY SLIP! After the bike is installed. Because the average person will not think to ask the delivery person to take the sheet of the clip board and look on the back, before sighing it! When the front say, how did we, do rate us. Very deceptive. I worked in sales and customer service. The only response you will get there is a woman trying to talk over you, everytime you speak. They wanted 20% restocking fee, when it was obvious that the bike was already used and restock. I wonder who paid that 20%. I would not go along with the bike going to the next person and paying 20%. I dont want anyone else to go through that anxiety, or experience, especially when their sick. Life is too short, making what's left of it anxiety free. Thanks for reading.
