I personally found it refreshing to speak to someone and know exactly what they're thinking.

Mike told me that I was a jerk for having left the last time I was there and therefore wouldn't be ready until sometime tomorrow. Asking for my part back, I told him I would not be returning. He hurled insults at me as I walked out the door. It's sad to see what this business has become. It is without any inventory of new equipment and is a dealer for no brand. Given Mike's extremely unpleasant behavior, there's just no reason to do business there, and plenty of reason not to.

There was only one option, and one bottle left, so I had to take the plunge. Typically, a similar product costs anywhere from $4-8, but it was $13.50 at Agway, which was really disappointing. I thought about getting a bag of treats too, but the tiny bags were $8 and up. They have a huge storefront, and customer service was friendly, but I just can't get past the prices.

My 10 lbs. dog's life jacket broke and I was lucky enough to locate a replacement at Agway. I called and Mary was so patient and helpful. It was the 3rd store I had tried and was thrilled when she told me that they had a couple in stock. Drs. Fosters was going to take a week to get the replacement to us. I don't live here so it meant my dog being able to do water sports during our stay. Their prices were very reasonable too. Both Mary and the 2nd sales lady were kind to my paws child by asking first before giving him treats. [If you have a paws child - I'm sure you'll appreciate this] Agway had the largest selection of rubber boots at fabulous prices and gardening tools that were tempting.

***At Your Own Risk***…read more They don't provide insurance, should have been a red flag for me. Local people who have rented from them told me after I told them of my troubles with them that they got dropped because they tried to file claims against both the renter AND against their own insurance to double dip. As for my issue, I drove over anchor bolts I had set that were up 1 1/2" at the tallest and the wire harness got caught. I googled ground clearance for that model and all documentation shows 2.4" clearance. If those bolts were too tall the lift would have hit on the front end and bent the bolt over before it even got to the wire harness. The wire harness was also all tapes up with yellow electrical tape because it has obviously happened another time. They sent me an $800+ bill for repairs and then charged me for rent for the days that is was out of service. If I lived in the area I would have fought that just for the principal of it and there's no doubt I would have won. Instead we negotiated and I ended up paying a total of $325 repair and still the full weeks rent of $300 Other issues include being quoted $100 for delivery, $100 for pickup for 2 lifts and then charged $200 for delivery, $200 for pickup and saying that it's "our standard rate." I was only 15 min away. The Lift that stayed with me lost charge after 6 hours of regular use. They told me to plug it into the charger while I used it. Said that's normal. I rent a lot of equipment throughout the year, none of this is normal. Go with the big guy, United or Sunbelt. I've learned my lesson the hard way.

We knew it was used but what we were not told was that there we numerous problems with the unit. I asked many times if there were issues that we needed to be aware of. The sales person stated that it was in excellent condition. This was no ware close to being correct. Had problems with the generator right away. After many calls to Stone we finally took it to our local Ownen dealer who ran the serial number and found this generator had over twenty thousand dollars worth of warranty claims. When we called Stone he said that get thought they had it fixed. Right!! There were many many many other problems that we had fixed. Stone is not an honest dealer! I could never recommend them ever!!
