The order never came, which my friend was very disheartened to hear. I decided to contact Tracey this morning just to see what the issue was. Apparently there was a glitch with their computer (which has now been rectified). I live in Los Angeles and am leaving soon so felt it was best to just cancel the order, which Tracey did, with no charge and no fuss. However just moments ago, a flower delivery showed up - a gorgeous arrangement, free of charge - with a note of apology. Even though the initial order wasn't delivered, the wonderful customer service speaks volumes. I'll definitely be using her again next time I'm in the area.

I picked a lovely "Deluxe" size bouquet (pictures of what I ordered and what was received below) to send to my mom for Mothers Day. Well, she called me a couple days before Moms day to tell me she received the flowers and they were beautiful and all was well with my universe, UNTIL she sent me a picture her friend took while visiting that Saturday of her holding the flowers. OMG, I was immediately shocked and then angry at the pathetically arranged bouquet I purchased for $54!! The more I analyzed the photo, the more PO'd I got. So, I called her and told her that was not what I ordered and was dismayed at the sad sack of flowers that looked thrown together... Honestly, it had to be the saddest arrangement and not to mention a huge let down on a gorgeous bouquet that I thought I was sending my mom. So, I wanted my money back now and called the flower company and at first they just wanted to give me a coupon...I even sent the pictures of this fiasco. Finally after several times I was told I would get a refund. I asked for this florists number and they would not give it to me. Well, about 20 min later I got a call from Tracy herself. She heard I had a problem and was extremely rude as she tried to tell me she had to use other flowers and some other BS.I told her I was unhappy with the arrangement and it was poorly displayed AND pretty sad at that, so she said "I'm going to go pick it up tomorrow", which was on Mothers Day and I said "WHAT... really?" She said to me" Do you think you can get something for nothing? Talk about nerve...WOW! I was pretty shocked at this point , so I called my mom and told her all about this and understood since I showed her the picture of what she was supposed to receive. we decided on Monday since my mom wasn't going to be home on Mothers Day (and what kind of person would do that anyway!) ,for the worst business owner and crappy rude florist lady to come pick her arrangement up and give me my $ back. I called her and she said fine and hung up on me! Ok, so I let my mom know and not ten minutes later my mom called and said someone knocked on her door and wanted the flowers immediately... This is truly unbelievable! I was never offered to have a new bouquet made for my mom when I spoke with Tracy, she got defensive and I got mad and told her that when something is ordered it should represent what the customer is buying, make it beautiful even if you don't have a flower in stock. She just sent someone to disturbingly go repo the flowers before our agreement time without any notice which was super weird and extremely unprofessional at that. I am in disbelief of this still. I did get all my money back from the company I ordered it from.... today and needless to say, I will never recommend Tracy and her "creations" to ANYONE ON PLANET EARTH and wherever else there may be life! Crappy florist. I want everyone to know I ordered my mom some new flowers directly from the grower and they are amazing! Unbelievable, huh!
