The order never came, which my friend was very disheartened to hear. I decided to contact Tracey this morning just to see what the issue was. Apparently there was a glitch with their computer (which has now been rectified). I live in Los Angeles and am leaving soon so felt it was best to just cancel the order, which Tracey did, with no charge and no fuss. However just moments ago, a flower delivery showed up - a gorgeous arrangement, free of charge - with a note of apology.
