I pay close attention to my kids, wife, and my surroundings... which include emoloyees, the store, and the other customers. I noticed that they never asked us if we need help or anything. We finally reached the checkout desk where one girl (seemingly managing) did not speak to us at all and looked like she was piiiiisssssed. The other girl barely spoke 2 words and made it a guessing game as to which register to use, and gave US attitude. The girlat the register acted more appropriate toward the end of the transaction as were for the other employee "manager" became more annoyed and seemingly upset while assiting the girl at the register. At this point my wife two kids and I have tried on 2 hats and a pair of sunglasses foe out kids.... hardly anything to be annoyed or pissed about at a children's clothing store. Moving foward as we checked out anx leaving the counter area i hears the annoyex and snooty employee say " i hate that ,that is so annoying". in all the years of retail and costumer service I've experience i've never dealt with so much disrespect while buying children's product. The dressing rooms are easily accessible and well maintained with enough room to move around. Clothing selections are hit or miss. Besides clothing, there are home goods, luggage, decorating items, food, beauty supplies and much more. Prices are reasonable and customer service is usually right on. This place is sooooo cute!! I LOVED it!! I got my Mom this super cute night light made out of metal with a bear in it that I think will look great @ her camp up in ME, that one I'm saving for Christmas. My friend also bought me these flat dish rags that expand when you get them wet, they have cats all over them. I've been eyeing them ever since she showed me some that she has back in Dec. when I was @ her house. I haven't really wanted to buy them due to them being a little pricey so I'm excited to try them out. Cassandra had told us how this building use to be an old Bait & Tackle shop.
