Having rented many storage units over the years, this was by far the best experience I have ever had. Moving is never fun, but she made the experience so easy in & out. Don't do business with these people. I got a call from them today telling me that they were moving…read moremy things to another unit so that another customer could put their car in my unit during the hurricane. I have a 12x25 unit. I told her under no circumstances are my belongings to be moved. She replied with yours doesn't have much stuff in there and this other person needs to put their car in there. Secondly I asked her what she was doing going in my unit. Those are my personal belongings and for them to open my unit is considered breaking and entering. She stated it was her right to go in since she owned the storage company. After speaking with Indian River Sheriffs Dept they assured me she committed a felony by opening my unit. I keep my trailer in that unit and can turn the trailer caddy cornered and fit my SUV in there. These people are crazy and have no business operating a business.

Where do I even begin?…read more Derek came to my house TWICE to look at everything we were moving. He saw it all. So how in the world was the quote so unbelievably wrong? If you don't know how to estimate a move after seeing the house twice, maybe you shouldn't be giving estimates. Moving day was an absolute disaster from start to finish. I paid to have EVERYTHING packed. Yet somehow an entire cabinet was never packed. Then, despite knowing exactly what we had, they couldn't fit everything on the truck. They literally left my entire patio furniture set, 5 computer monitors, and a mountain of miscellaneous items behind. At 11:00 a.m. I started calling the office because it was obvious everything was falling apart. Every single time I spoke with Danielle at the front desk, I was told, "Someone will call you back in 5-10 minutes." Spoiler alert: Nobody called. After repeatedly chasing them down for hours, it wasn't until 3:00 p.m. that I finally got an answer. Their solution? Pay an additional $1,700 for another truck to come the next day. So after spending my entire moving day dealing with chaos, I then had to leave and drive NINE HOURS to my new home, hoping everything else would somehow work itself out. It didn't. The next day the first truck unloaded. Then I received an email saying the second truck--originally supposed to arrive the following day--wouldn't actually be delivered until Monday or Tuesday. It was only Thursday. Imagine moving into a new house without a huge portion of your belongings because your moving company completely dropped the ball. The second load finally arrived on Tuesday. That's when things got even worse. Our AirPods were missing. We tracked them, and they're showing up back in Florida. Our firearm is also missing. The two computer monitors that had been left behind were shipped separately a week later, and one arrived broken. When we reported the missing AirPods and firearm, the response from the company was essentially, "We asked everyone who works here. Nobody took them." Seriously? That's the investigation? Between the grossly inaccurate estimate, items left behind, poor communication, surprise charges, delayed deliveries, damaged property, and missing belongings, this was hands down the worst moving experience I've ever had. Moving is already stressful. This company somehow found a way to make it exponentially worse. I would never trust them with my belongings again, and I strongly encourage anyone considering hiring them to think twice.

I got a virtual quote and then scheduled them about a week or so later to start my move. Going in, I expected to pay a bit more than other companies but I had several delicate pieces I wanted to make sure were cared for so I gave them a shot. I think the price that was quoted was fair and when it came time to settle it was even a little less so that was great. I had a great experience using White Glove and will use them in the future.

We have 5 units for our business - all air conditioned with roll up overhead garage doors accessible from the driveway. They receive our shipments and are always cheerful and helpful. We never see bugs or rodents. It is well lit and convenient to the beach where we live and work. The 2 brothers that own the facility are very appreciate of our business. It's nice to be working with a family owned business rather than a corporation. They have a forklift and we schedule with them when we have a container of merchandise arriving. They are very helpful and efficient. They do not accept AmEx which is the only inconvenience as I have to use Visa.
