Shortly after installation, I was told the entire furnace needed to be replaced! It felt like they were just guessing. After speaking with the tech and the owner, they informed me it's always advised as a second option to replace the furnace entirely even though they recommend a part that would fix the potential furnace issue. Now I'm stuck with a new furnace and one useless part (second part was refunded, short $66 due to a processing fee). I also found it concerning that they refused to provide itemized receipts. The owner's explanation that it takes hours to diagnose a total furnace failure doesn't align with the tech's quick discovery of the 'huge problem' after installing the second part. This whole experience has been incredibly disappointing and costly.

I needed a hot water heater replaced in a rental unit while I was on vacation and called CTS. After arriving home, I received the bill and it was over $1800 and did not pass inspection. The invoice has no cost of parts and states one hour of labor. When calling the company and talking to the secretary, supervisor, and plumber, not one person expressed any concern. So, if you want to be overcharged for an inadequately done job and be treated very disrespectfully when you need more information, then call CTS. They do not care!! Never doing business with them again!!
