Had trouble with my water heater during Covid-19. The specialist knew what he was doing and was informative of pricing. I felt I was treated very ethically and appreciated the work that was done. I didn't get a run around and I have built trust in successful repairs with this business over the years. I would highly recommend. read more

I needed a hot water heater replaced in a rental unit while I was on vacation and called CTS. I thought I was told the job would be $1080 which seemed high but reasonable and approved the work. After arriving home, I received the bill and it was over $1800 and did not pass inspection. The invoice has no cost of parts and states one hour of labor. When calling the company and talking to the secretary, supervisor, and plumber, not one person expressed any concern. So, if you want to be overcharged for an inadequately done job and be treated very disrespectfully when you need more information, then call CTS. They do not care!! Never doing business with them again!! read more

I am appalled at the way this business is run. The technician came into my home, yelled at me, said vulgar and inappropriate things. He threatened to "hang it out (his penis) and go in the yard". He said he was being rude because he was hot. His behavior is inexcusable. When we questioned him about our bill and how the hourly rate was factored he became disgruntled. It was merely an inquiry. I don't have a problem paying their rates; however, I have a serious problem when I am disrespected in my home for asking questions I have a right to ask. read more

In regards to the other review listed, none of it makes sense. I've been doing business with CTS for quite some time. I know that for any equipment they supply and install (from personal experience) that they supply a quote beforehand that is written out in a contract format that includes only the bottom line amount. No parts prices, no labor hours, nothing but the end price. They won't install anything without a prior signature on the quote from the customer agreeing that the amount is acceptable and will be paid at the time of installation and they've always promised one year parts and labor warrantee on top of the manufacturer warrantee. I know the technicians, the office people, and the owner. I know they care about their work and their customers. I won't use anyone else. read more

Girls in the office are very nice, friendly and very knowledgeable. Their technicians explained to me what was wrong and what could cause the problem along with some other tips that would save me money in service calls. There was no waiting list, they got me in on the same day. Highly recommended!!!! read more

They showed up the next morning, extracted the remaining water, pulled up the carpet, removed the ruined carpet pad, (cleaned up & hauled off the damaged materials) then set up fans to dry the carpet. He had instruments with him to measure the moisture content in the floor and walls. We appreciated knowing how far the water had traveled and his explanation of our options moving forward. They were clean, mindful of not causing additional damage, and quick. Reasonable prices. Will definitely call again. Highly recommend.
