He confirmed if they were cleaning both the upstairs and downstairs carpets before getting started which I appreciated. I'm sure he didn't just want to go upstairs and start shampooing before confirming. I moved most of my furniture out of the way for them to be able to access as much carpet as possible and they were completely done with shampooing my carpets in my townhouse in about 20-25 mins. As soon as they left, I did a walk thru in my home and looked over areas that I knew had spots and they were all gone. My carpets look awesome! Donnell mentioned he had almost 20 years of experience and it shows! I highly recommend East Coast Carpet Care!

I'll start by saying the rep was a nice lady who took notes and pictures to estimate on widening my driveway. After sending 50% deposit on Monday, I didn't hear from them until I called on Thursday to find out when they were scheduling the start date. The rep said they are finishing another job and will come out later the same day. Two guys arrived after 4 pm. to start digging. At 6 p.m., they left with no word as to when they would return. I called the rep to find out the plan, and she said they would return on Friday, at the same time as before. They didn't return, and I didn't call because it was Friday evening, and I thought that I may have gotten scammed, so I just waited to see if they would return. They didn't show up again until next Tuesday morning. No phone call, they didn't knock to let me know anything or even apologize for taking a week to complete a 2 day job. On top of that, the work was poor. Another concrete guy looked at their work and said it was embarrassing! I'm glad some people before me found satisfaction, but I would not waste my time with such unprofessional people like this. If they had been willing to say they were still busy and schedule a future date that would have been ok with me but to say nothing and show up when you want, totally unacceptable. And of course, they were looking for prompt payment. I took a week to complete that process just as they did. Never again, AHV. Try them at your own risk. Don't fall for the lowball!
