I would give 0 stars if I could. BUYER BEWARE! I requested power washing of my cement paver patio…read more Was told that an estimate would have to be done before I could be quoted any cost. A man, who was the owner came and informed me it would be over $1000 to do the entire patio! I said, can we just do the stained part, which was 20 ft x 9 ft. 180 sq ft. He measured it quickly and quoted $711 to power wash 2/3 the patio! Random number. When he saw the look on my face, and I expressed my shock at the price, he pulled out a $50 coupon and reduced the price to $661. ($3.67 per square ft of cement patio, I have figured out) I asked when the technician would be scheduled to do the job, so I could get another bid. He said "He is on his way right now, behind me." I felt cornered, He gave no itemization or explanation of why it was so much. They were already there and I didn't feel like I could say no. I should have done so immediately. I am a single woman in her late 60s. I do not know if that affected the price, but if a man would have received the same quote, he would have refused it. I truly wish I had. I have spoken to the woman in the office and the owner and they have both been rude and the answer was "That is how we operate, We don't give itemizations." They said the price stands and it is due within 20 days. Period. I will pay my bill, but BUYER BEWARE BEFORE YOU SCHEDULE ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY. Also, the job was done badly. The kid he had do the job left a large mud puddle in the middle of the patio and he left a large area undone because he misunderstood the directions of how much should be cleaned. When I complained that the whole area outlined by his boss was not washed and the mud puddle in the center of the patio was so bad I could not see if the patio was actually clean, he called his boss back for instructions. He came back and finished the part he missed and got some of the mud off the patio. It was a shoddy job, Also, I was impressed with the sweet tone of the reply she put on the review I wrote on their website. That was not how the woman in the office spoke to me on the phone when I called to complain. She was shouting at me. The owner called me back and went ballistic, calling me a "bad person" because I was going to write a bad review warning other buyers. He went on to say that " I wasn't mad at them but at myself because I agreed to the price". In other words, I was angry about being ripped off, but at myself, not at the person who obscenely overcharged me. I fell for his trick and I was a bad person to complain!! He threatened to sue me for slander if I wrote a review of what actually happened! I have spoken to many other people about this incident and they were shocked at what he charged me to power wash a small area of my patio.$661.00 for 120 sq. ft. I also have heard from others of Mansfield's bad reputation. It was suggested they use bots to write 5 star reviews to balance the 1 star reviews they receive. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED. BUYER BEWARE..

**Review for Michael at Green Home Solutions**…read more When we suspected mold caused by a leaky dryer exhaust, we called Green Home Solutions. Michael came to our house and was incredibly professional. He thoroughly checked everything, explaining each step in terms I could understand. He reassured us that we had caught the issue in time and even recommended an easy fix. Michael went above and beyond, charging us nothing, and was genuinely the nicest person. He could have easily exaggerated the problem and charged us thousands, but he didn't. People like Michael deserve all the success in the world. If you want to work with a small company you can trust, I highly recommend Green Home Solutions!

My wife and I recently moved to the area and Michael Stoeckle (Green Home Solutions) helped us out…read moretwice this year. He's very responsive, punctual, knowledgeable, and honest. The first time we called him was to inspect some areas of suspected mold growth in a home we were looking at buying. Michael was very thorough and found WAY more growth than our home inspector did. He knew just where to look throughout the house. Michael put together a great proposal for treatment which we ended up using to back out of the purchase. A couple months later, we went through with the purchase another home and found what appeared to be mold or mildew in the closets as we were moving in. (The closets had been piled full of the previous owners' belongings during the inspection and we didn't notice it during the final walkthrough.) We wondered if we had a bigger issue on our hands so we called Michael to come look at it. Again, he did a very thorough inspection, looking behind insulation in the basement and other places that wouldn't have occurred to me. Fortunately, he found that the closets seemed to be the only issue. He told us he would be happy to treat them for us but the issue was so minor we could safely and effectively do it ourselves for much less money. He gave us detailed instructions for how to take care of it with a combination of over-the-counter products. He explained how those products differed from what he would use and why each step in the instructions was important. We followed his instructions and after a very humid summer the closets are still clean! If we were to encounter mold issues in the future I would definitely trust Michael to check it out and take care of it. Thanks Michael!

Crystal Clean Air Duct Cleaning - This is my bedroom vent after the second guy sucked it with the shopvac.

I had 5 stars to let it be seen but it got moved to the hidden ones you have to click to see.  I…read moreused a coupon from my local Clipper Magazine for their Silver package for $249, that includes unlimited vents, unlimited returns, unlimited main ducts & access panels, per single heating/AC/Zone system PLUS sanitizer. DO NOT USE!!!!!!  The worst possible service you can imagine.  When I seen a regular SUV pulled up that should have been my 1st red flag but I was raised never judge a book by it's cover.  The first guy, in regular clothes, when he came, unloaded his shopvac, yes shopvac, air compressor and hoses not sure if he had anything else to unload - should have been 2nd red flag as they claim state of the art on their website and being Green.  He tried to plug in his air compressor and turn it on, wouldn't turn on, thought it was my outlets, I proved him it wasn't. So he called his supervisor Jeff, who insisted he go swap it out with another one or go purchase one.  It's an SUV, where is he going to put another one at. That should have been my 3rd red flag and go with another company.  So they called to reschedule.  When the next SUV rolled up with two guys, I thought okay, maybe they'll be able to clean my ducts.  They came in, hit the switch up at the top of my heater instead of at the thermostat.  Pulled out the shopvac, the commercial square vac (my husband has one at work), air compressor and hoses.  Put a blue tape like covering over my downstairs return (rancher with finished basement), removed the return upstairs then put the big hose for the the square vac to that with plastic covering over the rest of the exposed return, turned it on.  The other guy went around to all my vents with an air hose blowing air up into the vents. They covered nothing, so anything that was being blown around in my house went wherever, including over our beds.  When the guy was done blowing the air into the vents, they let the vacuum suck another minute then stopped.  Pull the hose from the return and gathered everything up.  I was confused as they didn't pull down the vents, check anything but the upstairs return and that's it.  They also didn't sanitize anything either.  He called Jeff their boss to confirm they were done everything and to recommend them to friends.  I thought maybe it was me that my ducts weren't as bad as I thought, that they had checked with a scope. Boy was I wrong.  I pulled down vents to clean them and decided to look into my ducts.  They were filthy and I mean totally disgusting with dust.  So I called them up and explained my ducts are still dirty and that was the point of why I hired their company to clean them.  They asked did I want the guys to come back after their next job or schedule another appointment, I chose another appointment.  When the next guy comes out, he comes in with a smaller shopvac and vacuums the up in the ducts as far as his arm could go after pulling down the vents.  He was just going to vacuum them but I stated I wanted to clean them thoroughly and would put them up once done.  So I checked my ducts once again.  NEVER HIRE this company.  There is nothing state of the art for equipment, the highly trained technicians all in their own vehicles and regular clothes are from what I'm guessing your basic guys off the street.  The one guy that had come here with the other guy on the second visit who blew the air into the vents prior job was handyman at an apartment complex which he had nothing to do with HVAC. I am more concerned now that they were here for the brand new heater (12/20) and AC unit (4/21) we had installed that I may end up with issues from what they've done.  I will not hesitate to take legal action if I need to.  I'm reporting them to the BBB as well.  When paying for a service you expect that service and they DO NOT provide anything of what they claim.  I still have the dirty air ducts they're supposed to have cleaned.  I now have to hire someone else to do it.  If you have any breathing issues or concerns, I highly suggest you look elsewhere for your duct cleaning. I don't believe in leaving dishonest reviews, I want people to have all the information to make an informed decision.  I wish I had checked their reviews first, I never would have called them.  Also I suggest checking out the 15 you don't see as well that is listed for the same company just another link review. https://www.yelp.com/biz/crystal-clean-new-hope?sort_by=relevance_desc&hrid=cKfMwc09lXBcN-YhHubafQ  All would have told me not to deal with them.

I was lured into calling this company for a "Whole House Special $185.09 Unlimited Vents Unlimited…read moreReturns Unlimited Main Ducts Per Single Heating System" by a Saver Magazine Advertisement. When I called to book the appointment, the booker could not explain if disinfecting spray was included, or even explain what WAS included. Her manager then took the call, said disinfectant was $40 extra, the booker was "in training," I said OK, I just want my vents cleaned. When the "technicians" finally came (late), they had me show them around the whole house. I identified 11 vents and 3 returns in my 3 story house. They made it clear they did not want to move anything. There were only 2 vents that had some furniture in front, I said I would move it for them. Paint was NEVER mentioned. When we got to the basement, they said they would only vacuum out the system from the main access point in the basement for $185.09, and WOULD NOT do the individual vents, despite the ad. I said, you can't clean out a 3 story house of vents by just vacuuming from the basement. I have had my vents cleaned in my house before and they cleaned EACH INDIVIDUAL VENT. He then offers to clean all the vents for "EXTRA." I then refused to sign the work order and told them to leave. Mind you it was 5pm on a Saturday and I felt they just wanted to start their weekend doing the LEAST amount of work possible. When I called to complain after they left, I was told the manager Michael was out, call him on Monday. They offered to "come back and work something out." I said NO, I don't want these lazy scammers back in my house. When I called Michael on Monday, he was verbally abusive and said I refused to sign the work order because the COMPANY wanted to be absolved if my "painted" vents were chipped when they removed them to do the cleaning, and that he was on speakerphone the whole time of their visit and HEARD what I said. I HAVE NO PAINTED VENTS AND THEY NEVER MENTIONED "PAINT." #1-No one was on speakerphone. I followed these guys through my whole house, neither one even touched their phone before I asked them to leave, there was NO speakerphone. Plus I was told 2 minutes after they left that Michael was out until Monday, how could he be on speakerphone? #2- Michael tells me I MISUNDERSTOOD what they were telling me, they wanted to clean ALL the vents but for the "paint." I feel I have a pretty good command of the English language, I understood perfectly their REFUSAL to clean ALL the vents and just clean the main access point. When I told Michael maybe they weren't communicating well because their English wasn't that good, although I understood them and their refusal, Michael starts yelling at me and accusing me of being a racist and hangs up on me, saying he doesn't need my business. AVOID this company and these lazy scammers at all costs!

Within a half hour of calling late last Saturday evening, the PuroClean technician was at the door. Before leaving that night, he gave us his personal cell number and said to call him if we had any questions the next day - Sunday. We called; he returned our calls twice and answered all of our questions. And the same technician returned Monday morning and the next several mornings as well to check on the dryness. It wasn't clear early on whether there would be insurance coverage, so we appreciated that PuroClean was thoughtful in determining which sections of drywall, built-in cabinetry and flooring needed to be removed to expedite drying. We spoke several times with the PuroClean office personnel in the following days, and they, too, were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. If we ever have another mishap, we would absolutely call PuroClean. Just very nice people providing remarkable, competent service.

No water used. Plus, I looked and saw the cleaning was not well done (gutters will fill that much faster). I sent pics. The scheduling/customer contact person was combative & said a "hydro" (water!) cleaning optional service was available but not included. Spoke with the owner who was also combative plus insulting to boot (accused me of putting debris into the gutters for the pics!) Wrote this letter to owner:…read more We are very unsatisfied with the services done at our home last week. Adam came to clean upstairs dryer vent and only cleaned it from the interior. (He destroyed new tubing that had just been installed by Cocoplum when they came to install new washer a month ago and used an extra tubing kit that we fortunately had on hand that we were going to use for our downstairs dryer.) He refused to take off the exterior dryer vent because he said he'd never get it back on so the vent was never cleaned 100% from inside to out. He destroyed the screen to that vent and left it lying on the ground. After he left, our builder stopped by and said that the vent was not clear from the exterior and that Adam's claim that 1) the vent was not built to code and 2) interior casing was stretched so tight that any puncture in it would have leaked toxic gas into the house was completely false. For the gutter cleaning, Adam quoted $300 was the usual fee for cleaning gutters but we one 3-foot long gutter in the corner of the house that had debris from new roof work. Adam flushed the downspout with water for 5 minutes, did not clean the top of the gutter and charged us the full $300! To make matters worse, when I called to discuss the bill with Jen, she was combative and defensive without even trying to seek some sort of compromise for the exorbitant bill for two jobs that were not 100% complete. Her manner escalated rather than sought to deescalate and discuss the issue calmly. We are paying the bill and plan to write the truth about your services on any social media/review platform that we can find. It is our fault for not doing our due diligence and checking those sites prior to hiring you as your reviews are justifiably poor. Addendum: Spoke with owner who was as confrontational and immovable as Jen in Customer Service.
