I was a repeat customer until recently. The so-called owner was very arrogant, unprofessional, and…read moredownright nasty. He didn't like the fact that I questioned him about new charges I was told I would have to pay for looking into the original issue I brought my vehicle in for just a couple of days prior. I said to him that I had just paid almost $1700 for looking into this issue along with repairs for other services the diagnostic revealed needed to be done and I didn't understand why I had to pay again and the original issue was never resolved. I am sure the average person would question paying additional money but I guess I'm not average because it insulted him. I understand if I needed to pay additional money for parts or the labor for actually getting the issue fix, but I was asked to pay for the tech to look into the same issue I just paid him to look into a few days prior. In fact, the same day I went to pick up my car, I had to turn around before I got home and bring it back for the same issue. After immediately bringing it back the technician (Shaun who was very nice and helpful) stated he would need more time to look into it and to bring it back the next week because they are closed on weekends. Well after I brought it back on Monday of the next week, I questioned Mr. Owner, (Alex ) and he sat erect in his chair and with a raised tone of voice began to read very aggressively from the computer in front of him spewing a list of services that had been done on my car saying none of them had anything to do with what I was currently there for. He stated that he didn't appreciate my insinuating his business did something wrong and that I needed to leave! I said to him I understood what he was saying but I didn't appreciate his delivery and his business may not have a successful future if he speaks to customers in this manner. He became indignant and stated "he didn't need my business and that he had several successful businesses and as the owner he could do and say anything he wants to and there's the door you can leave !" I want Alex to know that my business/$1600 may not mean anything to him but it was a huge sacrifice for me to pay and if future customers are treated in such a way, those dollars or lack of dollars add up and customer retention can make or break a business. So now I am out of lots of money and still can't see to drive after dark because of an electrical issue causing my headlight bulbs to blow out has not been fixed. So I would think twice about taking your vehicle here or you may end up spending lots of money and then told you aren't valued as a customer and to get out of the establishment like I was told to.

We paid cash for the vehicle and it didnt even last the 30 days of the temp tag. Having moved 2 hrs out of columbia I had to wait till I could have the vehicle diagnosed and show them that the problem was from the faulty engine rebuild. Their solution to doing crappy work was to offer to fix it for another 2500$. There is no way I would pay the same person that did it wrong the first time to do it again for more money! RUN to ANY other mechanic to have your car worked on, they cant even stand behind their work

DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. My…read moresignificant other purchased a vehicle from this dealership for $18,000, and within just 7 days, the vehicle became completely undrivable. After taking the vehicle to Advance Auto Parts for diagnostics, 14 engine and system codes appeared. We immediately contacted the dealership, and they instructed us to take the vehicle to one of their mechanics. Because the vehicle was no longer drivable, we were forced to pay for an expensive tow over 1 hour and 30 minutes away. Before ending the phone call with the seller, I specifically asked if we could receive a copy of the inspection paperwork, and he assured me that we could. After the vehicle remained with their mechanic for two days, we picked it up. When I requested the inspection paperwork again, we were told it was located at the dealership. We then drove an additional 30 minutes to the dealership, only for the seller to refuse to provide the paperwork and instead claim he would send over a previous inspection report. We never received any documentation. To make matters worse, as soon as we arrived back home, the check engine light came back on. We returned to Advance Auto Parts, and this time 8 diagnostic codes appeared. Once again, we contacted the dealership, and we were instructed to bring the vehicle back to the mechanic for another 2-3 days. I informed the seller that, due to our work schedules, we would likely arrive between 7:00-8:00 PM. The seller stated he would contact the mechanic and call me back. Hours passed, and we never received a return call. Both of us attempted to contact the dealership multiple times and received no response. This experience has been extremely frustrating and financially draining. We have spent excessive amounts of money towing the vehicle, driving back and forth long distances, and constantly paying for gas -- all for a vehicle that my significant other has barely been able to enjoy since purchasing it. For a dealership to sell a vehicle in this condition and then fail to provide proper documentation, communication, or accountability is completely unacceptable. Based on our experience, I would strongly discourage anyone from purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.
