My wife really liked this place the first time she washed clothes here as the staff are friendly…read moreand the place is clean, then she met the owner Charlotte. Charlotte does not like my toddler pushing the laundry carts or walking around the facility for that matter. Charlotte has a rude attitude towards my wife and child and has no customer service whatsoever. Last time my wife asked her and the employees to put her clothes in the dryer for her, as that is a service they offer. Charlotte asked "You can't wait 25 minutes?" 1.) This is a SERVICE YOU OFFER 2.) Why would you ask that of a customer if the whole reason people use this facility is specifically for the purpose of dropping off their clothes and picking it up once it is done. 3.) You do not know our schedules, plans or reasons for using your services. So Charlotte decides to charge us $11 just for them to move our laundry from washer to dryer. No folding. Instead of the $3 she charged last time for the same service, and same amount of clothes. If you ask the employees how much their services cost they will tell you it depends on who you ask. No prices are posted anywhere. Terrible business practice

If you are looking for pretty much any type of metal roofing, give these guys a call! You will not…read morebe disappointed. I needed about 250 square feet of roofing for an awning I built, and I was referred to Rio Valley (George) by my brother-in-law. I called and left a message and got a call back very quickly. Explained what I needed and George gave me a few gauge options and pricing. We settled on what I needed and I was extremely happy with the pricing. I went out to their place at 6566 US-67, just past Sam's Club. Paid for the roofing and had a nice chat with both George and Armando. Both guys are extremely polite and helpful. I initially figured it would be a few days before I would get the 5 sheets of roofing I needed, but they told me they would have it cut and delivered to my house in a few hours. Seriously! I suppose all orders might not be that quick due to size and materials you are buying, but regardless, they will get you taken care of as quickly as possible. They have a very clean and neat setup and can take care of your metal roofing needs efficiently and quickly. I would not hesitate to use them next time I need this product. Highly recommend.
