I recommend booking in advance. The food is very fresh and true Thai. Prices range from $10-20 for a main, and under $10 for appetizers and dessert. Rice is very fresh and not gluggy at all. I recommend you upgrade to coconut rice for the extra $1. Its BYO Wine, they sell spirits and soft drinks. NOTE: $3 corkage is not advertised but is added for BYO wine. Having grown up in South East Asia, this place makes me happy. I only found out this place existed because a menu was dropped in my mailbox, and I am glad it was. This is not a new restaurant/take away, but the current owners have only been here about six months (they waited that long before doing the letter box drop, so they said). The menue is predominantly Malaysian, but there are some other classic dishes from various Asian locales, such as udon and pad Thai. A nice little bonus was being offered not just house-made sambal with fresh chopped chillies, but also some pickled chillies as well when we picked up the meal. I hate getting take away and being told they don't offer fresh chilli, so this was an instant win. The food was fantastic, and very authentic. The staff are lovely and willing to chat.
