On the second Saturday of each month they offer a 5:30am long sit that includes prostrations, chanting, sitting zen, formal breakfast, sitting meditation, interviews, two walking meditations, and one sitting meditation. They also offer meditation and chanting on Tuesday nights at the temple. Wednesday night meditation and chanting at Zen Mystery vegan cafe in Dania beach. So if you are on a spiritual journey like me they offer three days a week of group meditation and chanting. They also offer day retreats every few months.
