They played more than 4 dhours without a break and the guests crowned the dance floor from the first song and danced to the last song. Greg is exactly the kind of person you want to be part of your big day. I booked him about a year out from our wedding, so make sure to plan ahead when you're booking with DJ Butlers! We had a timeline run-through meeting about a month out from the big day, where we also discussed what songs we liked/didn't like for different parts of the reception. My husband is a very big music guy, and Greg really impressed him with some of his recommendations and industry knowledge. We had a live band playing during the ceremony and cocktail hour, but Greg still made sure to arrive a few hours before the ceremony to ensure everything was set up and ready to go -- and even to provide a microphone for our minister. During the reception, not only was Greg rocking it with the tunes -- but he also made sure to check in with my husband and me periodically to see if we needed another drink, or anything else. Greg also really knows how to work a crowd -- with a careful balance between staying on schedule and making sure everyone is enjoying themselves. We truly believe Greg was a perfect addition to our team of vendors -- and he really was so much more than a DJ. Although it was a significant drive from my home in Springboro, I don't ever recall complaining about the distance. It was well worth the trip. John is an excellent teacher and a stellar human being. The fact that he still performs, for me, added to the credibility of his teaching: he practiced what he preaches (literally). Although it has been many years since I studied there, John and I are still in touch and still exchange ideas, stories, and recommendations on great piano playing and teaching. The school is a music school for life and the teachers that I have met are stellar.

We were promised, in writing over a text message that I have proof of and verbally on the phone, a full refund minus the uplighting that we added to our package. We got married in 2021 and still have not seen a single penny. Nemar has refused to return phone calls, text messages, emails and has completely ghosted us. I would not recommend Maize Music because of the unreliability, untrustworthiness and lies they have told. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.
