By the time they did arrive, the party was more than half way over so we sent them away. There just wasn't any point in having them set it up since the kids would've been able to jump for maybe 30 minutes and then it would have been time to break everything down. I have not received any response from the owner regarding the refund of my deposit or even so much as an apology. My son, meanwhile, is extremely disappointed that he wasn't able to have his inflatable.

It was nicely decorated for the event. The place is huge. To give you an idea, it was set up for 90 guests - 9 roundups, 10 chairs each. A photo booth, serving area, room for a DJ, a dance area big enough for everyone to utilize at once, plus the stage which I would guess to be 10'x15'. Plenty of space to move around. Staff members were courteous. Food was wonderful. We had a great time!

She informed me they are in the process of retiling the floor, and bathrooms can stand updating but for the overall price, decoration, and space, this was a great choice. Owner even donated centerpieces as a gift to hubby and I, along with other items she made available for usage. I was truly amazed by the use of the space, (which I included catering, dj, and a photographer in), and how beautiful everything turned out. There was no lottering, littering, or dangerous circumstances in nor near the hall, which makes it a comfortable rental place. It is also required that security be present for all night time events, which is comforting. Hubby was very surprised and happy with the set up and party and for that it was all well worth it. Due to an error on my part, literally at 11PM the night before the party, I needed to select an earlier time for Rapunzel to arrive. Customer service was extremely accommodating and I'm so grateful! At the party Rapunzel was AMAZING. She looked exactly like the character and the girls were totally enamored by how awesome she was. She was also able to herd up the girls for the cake part- not an easy feat with 30 5 year olds running around. There's an incredible amount that is included in the package- even your child's own coronation ceremony! The tiara is also very nice, I was somewhat expecting a little party city crown, but it was a gorgeous tiara. We originally went with A Charmed Affair for the price as well. It's incredibly affordable in comparison to other companies. I think almost every parent came up to me and raved about how amazing Rapunzel was.
