But please *be cautious * I will say if you do plan on going here to be careful of the neighborhood. I got a 1 hour massage. I parked right next to the building and while inside someone tried to break into my car by cracking my window in two spots. Luckily they didn't get in but after filing a police report, the officer did mention similar crimes have been happening in the area, specifically where I parked my car. Not to mention, when I parked originally, there was already broken glass and tints on the ground. I didn't think much of it because it was daylight (4pm) and right next to a busy road but that didn't stop whoever did it to attempt to get in. I had two punctures in my window that cracked and now I have to replace my window and tint. I did inform staff of what happened so I would hope they give a heads up to people who come in so they don't have to go through what I did!

I tried the massage chair for about 15-20 mins and was able to choose the intensity and focus areas. I also had a massage by Shane and Alejandra who worked really well together. Shane was great at guiding me through the process and reminding me to breathe to help me relax. Shane is incredibly out of touch, rude, and when I shared I'm currently in job interviews and pocket watching, he on the phone "I totally understand. Us too." During the session, he used a combination of multiple techniques which was just what I needed to relieve stress and muscle tightness. My husband also said Cindy did an amazing job. She too focused on the painful areas. The rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable ensuring a pleasant experience. While the prices were slightly higher than some local competitors, the quality of service and overall experience made it worth every penny. Overall, our visit was delightful and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and therapeutic massage experience. I'll be looking forward to visiting this place when we return. It eventually (about every two years) needs to be sorted! Thanks to Centerline Physical Therapy (or IPT) for a few great things. Your facility: it's clean, spacious and great parking outside. You also open at 8am so it's great to get in before the traffic mayhem. Your team: after initially being reviewed by Craig Cohen who reaffirmed the issue, Manuel Lacayo took over in a weekly session covering a wholistic approach from my neck, shoulders, front and back upper torso, moving down the entire back. Manuel listens, and talks you through what he is doing. He is also game for your own music selection during the therapy session. The result: I am three weeks in, and 95% whole, so I can move from weekly to every few weeks! Pain is gone, and I have my homework to keep things in check. I really recommend this facility and team for those of us stuck in from of laptops and PC's all day, and get tense pain in the neck and shoulders. Nice work team!
