One of the hydraulic hoses on my Kubota loader spring a leak so I brought it in to get it replaced . They made a replacement it is a 3/8 inch holes . I thought while I was at it I would replace all the other hoses so that I wouldn't have to worry about any of them bringing a leak anytime soon . They had to order the connector ends cuz they didn't have enough to satisfy my order . So I took off my hoses a week later brought them in and when I picked them up I mentioned that they seem to be pretty big in diameter and the service rep said yeah there's 30 . When I got home I realized they made one half inch diameter hoses instead of 3/8 in hoses. So I called them up and they said that won't be an issue whatsoever you can use those . Well it turns out the very first time I used my tractor it blew the seal on one of my bucket loader hydraulic Rams . At first I didn't know where the lake was coming from and I thought it might have just been from changing the other house. So I cleaned up the mess used the tractor once more park it once again oil on the floor and then I saw where the oil was coming from. Anyway I talked about the service manager and the owner of the Newfane Kubota dealership and he denies any responsibility just a coincidence she says just a coincidence will my tractor has been kept indoors it is immaculate you wouldn't even know it's age by looking at it. It has only 500 hours on it which is nothing I didn't have any seepage or any problems before this. Not only that but since they use half inch hose with half inch connectors it cost me an extra $100 and I didn't even complain about that I just took his word for it that everything would be fine. Well today he said he's not doing nothing for me he's not going to give me the seal kit I'll have to buy and install myself. He doesn't care that he overcharged me $100 because he used the wrong size hoses. He takes no responsibility here whatsoever. I will never go to this dealership again and I hope nobody else does.
