After walking all the way here from my house (3 minutes), I need a Nap-a…read more This Napa is right across from my house. The employees are friendly and they have a nice selection and are very quiet and personable like a small village auto store. The only down side is that one time when they put my wiper blades on for me, they didn't attach them properly, and it cracked my windshield and caused me to miss my concert in Wheeling, WV. I'd probably give them a 3 for that, but I live right by this place and don't want to get dirty looks (lol) so I'm giving it a 4. Yay local businesses.

Have been using "his" services for years, notice the "his" in quotes since he doesn't do any auto…read morework himself, not using it anymore though. EVERY time I have taken my car in for repairs something else will break on it within a couple weeks, once even on the drive home (I live about 300 yards away). Not just my car though also my sisters, and my mothers (who has since had to sell her car after taking it to another mechanic only to discover it was UNSAFE TO DRIVE). He's fixed my brakes, only to have them break within a week. Alignment- you guessed it...it's broken again. Gas tank- instead of fixing the straps they just wrapped duct tape around them Power Steering- charged nearly $1000 and it's still broken. He can't even change a battery right- charges you for new terminal and doesn't replace it. To put it short: the man is a con artist. I've heard from people that know him, though I can't really confirm, that he will use used parts on fixes telling the customer they are new and OVER-charging them on what are suppose to be new parts. aka: my power steering. He charged about $600 in parts alone, after I got the car back and the power steering was still broken I looked online to see the cost of parts.......they were around $100 brand new. Any other time I usually won't have any problems with my car besides parts just getting old. When I take it to Grainy's though 100% of the time I will have new problem with the car. It doesn't take a detective to tell you this is no coincidence. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I can't stress this enough. Even if you have to pay out the a** at a dealership, go to the dealership. It will cost more, but at least they'll actually fix the car. I can't properly describe how mad I am at this garage. I have given them thousands of dollars only to end up with the same and new problems to my car within days/weeks. I will never use this service again, and will never recommend it. I can't stress enough at how bad a job they do, to the point where he's literally put his customers lives in danger telling them a repair is done when it's not. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

I have to say that Castilone Dealership is rated #1 in Western New York…read more.... This is the second time buying my vehicle from them. The first time I was so excited to get my 2017 Jeep Renegade and they did everything in their power to get me in that. It was difficult because my credit was poor. But they did it!!!!! Now that my credit is good they got me into a 2018 Jeep Renegade at half of my APR was 3 years ago. Pleased with Will, Corey and Casey. You guys are the best. No need to go to any other Dealership people. Castilone is the #1 Dealership in my family

They then said that I would have to spend more money bc it may be a different problem. Any reputable dealer would have made this right. Took it to another mechanic who correctly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. I disputed the charge with my credit card company. They investigated and ruled in my favor and credited the money. Now Castilone actually send me a letter threatening legal action for the money even though they are clearly in the wrong and agreed to the credit card decision. Wow! I actually welcome it. Do not go here for anything especially any repair. They have terrible mechanics and are completely untrustworthy, dishonest, and deceitful.

I ordered a couple parts and the order was in "Unfulfilled" status for 4 days so I sent an enquiry email and a partial order was shipped with no status or ETA on the remaining part. In a second email I asked for a status for the rest of the order and that this was poor customer service. The Customer Service rep took the time to disagree with me describing their service as "poor customer service". So after 4 days of having my money and not shipping my parts, apparently my experience not only does not matter, my experience is "incorrect". So now they escalated to horrible customer service.
