What was most frustrating was not the cancellation itself, but the timing. If the office was unwilling to provide the requested services, that decision could have been made when I initially called. Instead, I relied on the appointment, delayed seeking care elsewhere, and lost several weeks. Adding to the confusion, I received inconsistent explanations from the local office and corporate representatives regarding why the appointment was cancelled. Patients deserve clear communication and accurate information when scheduling care. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
