Her name is Dr Lucy Shamblin and she is so easy to talk to. I am dealing with the loss of my mother on top of a few medical issues and she listens to my concerns and understands what I am saying or trying to say through my tears. Losing my mother was sudden and painful and she totally understands me. She is my Family Doctor not a therapist so its nice that she takes the time to listen to me.

The receptionist was friendly, but I never got to see the doctor. I was a new patient with an appointment scheduled this morning, but I kept getting pushed back due to walk ins for drug testing. I was put onto a treatment table without the doctor even talking to me or seeing me to even know if that would help or hurt me! I felt like they were trying to stall me. Finally I had to go because I was late for work. At least they got my copay from me before I had to rush to work! I am in dire need of care and I left the office pushed aside in a great deal of pain and not seen, but still paid. Frustrated and disappointed don't even begin to describe how I'm feeling.
