The secretary said $125 for the check/service call. ok. sounds great! - There was nothing wrong other than the outdoor grille moved about a half foot and Brayden straightened it out then picked a hose up and was watering the vents. He did NOT tell me anything other than 5 minutes later he says it's $210. He said it was for the cleaning. cleaning? yeah, $85 for picking up my hose, not telling me that there would be an extra charge. I paid it like a dam fool. The next day I called and asked to speak to the owner TAYLOR who did not have the courtesy to call me and ask me what happened. He did email me and SARCASTICALLY replied "thanks for the stellar review.". He never had the courtesy to call and ask what happened, if he could resolve the problem in any way. Nothing! - I was so please w Airsmith before as I used Michael and he ALWAYS told me what I needed, the costs and my okay. I'll never use them again. I don't like scammers! the owner is so unprofessional to write the email and word it the way he did. that's okay. I've got the email and I'm keeping as a reminder of what a dam fool i am.

I woke up to a wet cabinet floor under my kitchen sink. A plumber came out and determined that the…read morecause of the sudden leak was a broken cartridge in the faucet, damaged beyond repair. I planned to buy a new faucet myself. The plumber's company quoted me $441 to install it. That sounded like a steep price for the job. So I consulted a friend who works in construction. He suggested that I call American Do-All, the plumbing company he uses on his contracting jobs. He said they did good work and for a good price. I called American Do-All immediately - it was late on a Friday afternoon. They offered to send a plumber out first thing Monday to install my faucet. They couldn't quote an exact price until they knew what the job would entail. But they said I should expect to pay $150 - $275. On Monday morning, Ethan from American Do-All called to tell me that he was 30 minutes away. He arrived right on time and completed the job in less than an hour. The cost was $195 (service call, labor, parts). I was satisfied with the whole process - the initial phone call, the prompt scheduling, the courteous plumber, the completed work, and the price. Also I love my new faucet! I'll call American Do-All the next time I need plumbing, HVAC, or electrical services.

Incredibly professional, polite and efficient. They explained everything that had gone wrong and detailed how they would approach the repairs. They were punctual and - if you can believe it - cheerful! Daniel was actually singing carols as they worked! No one wants to find out they need extensive repairs - especially at the holidays - but they were very reasonable and as you can see, did a careful and considerate job. The best endorsement I can give is to honestly say that after the holidays, I will have them back to fix other things that lesser plumbing companies have done at our house. Thank you, Daniel and John! You made something that had me in a panic genuinely painless and I am glad to know you! Use Brooks Plumbing with absolute confidence.

Seems the last two companies had not been cleaning the Evaporator, probably for over seven years. I rewrapped the lines (which had been seeping condensate after multiple tech repairs), cut out the intake and cleaned the Evaporator coil 4 times. It was bad due to lack of cleaning. I also installed an egg crate filter box return. After hearing 3 different opinions from 4 different HVAC techs, I called Mel. He showed up on time, listened to the saga, and checked the unit. He removed and cleaned the blower (which the last company said they could not access). He said the evap coil looked good and the inflow was fine. I love that Mel does his own work, and he does it right. He was calm, listened and knows his science. Oh, and he took care not to track up our carpet.
