Chad was fantastic! I always get a bit nervous when one of my clients uses a lender I am not familiar with but I have to say that Chad and his team exceeded my expectations by a million percent! We had a few hurdles we had to over come and Chad did everything and anything to make things happen. I have known Chad for over ten years, He helped me finance my most recent home purchase and has helped 30+ people I know finance or refinance their homes over the last several years. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and extremely responsive. Since the lending environment seems to be constantly changing, I had a lot of questions throughout the process, but Chad was always quick to respond and provide concise answers to ease any concerns I had. He was always very thorough with his responses and used his previous experiences to relate to my questions. He even assisted me with advice on homeowners insurance, inspections, and coordinated my closing meeting with the escrow company. I closed on my home in 2014 and he was in contact with me multiple times throughout the process and has stayed in contact since to ensure everything is going well. It is nice to know you are not left in the dark after the closing process. I highly recommend Chad to anyone looking to buy or refinance a home. The next time I move, I will definitely hire Chad again. #greatamericanfinancial #chadeverett #glendale #homelender read more

Chad recently helped me purchase my first home. Being a first time home buyer I had literally no idea what to expect or who to trust or how to get through the process. A friend referred me to Chad, and although my agent recommended I work with someone she knew I decided to give Chad a chance instead, and I am SO glad I did! Chad was absolutely phenomenal. He made the process really easy for me, and walked me through every step. He promised to do everything possible so that we could close in 21 days, and when it looked like it wasn't feasible because of some roadblocks we encountered he went above and beyond what I'm told most lenders would do, AND HE MADE IT HAPPEN. He was available for phone calls and responded to texts and emails on weekends and into the evening--any time I needed. I cannot stress enough how above and beyond he went, and how great of an experience he made this process for me. I am SO grateful for all Chad did, and would absolutely recommend him to anyone. I love my new home, and the stress of escrow was definitely worth it :). Thanks to Chad and his team for making a dream come true! read more

It is not very often that I write reviews on Yelp, however, the outstanding service that we received from Chad Everett needs to be recognized. Buying a house is a very stressful process - there are so many things to consider and the loan aspect is one of the biggest concerns. Our real estate agent recommended Chad and we could not be more grateful. Chad did an outstanding job communicating with us throughout the entire loan process and always offered sound and meaningful advice. He explained every detail of the loan perfectly and when he told us he would get us the best rate possible, that is exactly what he did. I've always appreciated and admired professionals that stick to their word and Chad followed up on every promise he made to us. Chad worked tirelessly with a difficult bank to get us an outstanding loan program and in the end, we live in an amazing home with an interest rate that makes the payment affordable because of his efforts. I doubt we will ever go through this stressful process that is home buying again but if we ever do, there is no doubt that we will go back to Chad for our loan. And on top of the outstanding professionalism, the guy is just extremely nice. Thank you Chad! read more
