They NEVER have the cars available my company prefers us to use-economy. They can never find my corporate account for my discounts or insurance information. They put me in a a "new" mustang as a free upgrade when there was no economy available and fast fwd two days later- it had to be towed. Even though they picked it up themselves and towed it to their center they never closed it out. I had 3 calls in 2 days asking me to return the car. Ugh. Next rental- dropped the car off after hours, left the keys and even called to verify they got it. Still had to call back a SECOND time to have them close it out. It's super unorganized. The two stars are for the people who do work there. despite how terribly unorganized, it is ran the staff are always super friendly, apologetic, and do their best to be accommodating.
