At one point, I was in danger of losing my toe entirely. From the moment I became her patient, I felt completely well cared for. She responded with an aggressive well-calibrated course of treatment, including antibiotics and toe surgery. She monitored my progress closely throughout. What set her apart was the combination of warmth and deep clinical expertise. Her knowledge of the condition gave me confidence that I was in the right hands. The outcome speaks for itself - she saved my toe. I would recommend Dr. Ricci to anyone without hesitation in need of a podiatrist. A Coughlin

Their message says if you leave your info, they will get it done in 24 hours. That is a lie! Walgreens has faxed them twice, I have called 5 times now and still nothing. I have been on the same medication for years and had an annual visit less than 6 months ago.

I've had to see Dr. Martens, Dr. Fiore, and also saw Dr. Kirshenbaum when I was in the ER. I was sent to these doctors at the recommendation of my PCP, who I trust. They have all been kind, thoughtful, and helped me when I was ill. The wait on the phones used to be pretty long, but seems better recently. Looks like a lot of other reviews are about phone issues, so maybe that's not as big of a problem now. I get all my care from Beth Israel doctors in Boston or at Milton and have been happy with my care at both places.
