I'm not a huge fan of buying bakery and having it mold before I can eat it. This has happened to me more than once at this bakery, so now I know it's not just me. I've purchased these sponge cakes/breads and I'll bring it home and leave it on the counter and 2 of the 3 I bought were filled with mold less than 24 hours later (so basically, it's been sitting around for awhile). My Che Banh Lot that I bought Saturday as well as rubbery; it wasn't even edible. The coconut milk was curdled. Sorry, but please do better. People spend their hard earned money, don't have stuff sit around and sell us bad stuff.
Great selection of Vietnamese food and products, from cookies, canned goods, but also breads, sweets and all kind of house made finger foods. I tried their Bahn-Mi, spring rolls and pâté, all delicious, and reasonably priced. The Bahn-Mi bread was crunchy, the veggies fresh, and the meat well seasoned. I will definitely return.
Love coming to this bakery. Lots of fresh treats to try. I love getting their Pandan sponge cupcake and sesame balls. Credit card is for orders over $10. Worth stopping by!

I was really excited with the selection of bakery items that they offered, especially these Pandan flavored desserts that reminded me of my childhood growing up in Asia. However, this bakery seems to have a higher price point compared to other stores in eden centre, and if you have the time to roam around, you will find stores that offer a similar selection, maybe fresher and cheaper. Pro: clean store, variety of food, nice staff. Con: price. A bakery that has a variety of foods such as cake: boba tea, egg rolls, and other viet food. Store is of moderate size and very clean. Pricing is a little expensive but is it worth it? When I come to Eden center I always come to pick out 2 food which is the spring roll and banh Cuon. Spring roll are 6.50$ and can't remember the price for the Banh Cuon. All in all, I would recommend coming in here atleast once.
Both the Mung Bean Bahn In and Creme Horn were disappointing. The flavors weren't bad but the pastries were dry (felt dehydrated).
I love this place. I usually go to the bakery next door to get those pastry things with meatballs inside but I decided to change it up and come here. They have tons of bakery items and even around dinner they're still available which I love! I bought various breads and my favorite is the one with butter cream yum! They also sell other food items like egg roll and ready to made Vietnamese foods. They also have bubble tea and a few grocery items. If you are looking for pastry. This place is good for that!
This is my favorite bakery in Eden center and I am excited every time I'm here, which is only a few times a year since I live in Fairfax and parking is near impossible on the weekends (better now with COVID since fewer people are out). They have a huge variety of pastries, beautiful cakes, bubble tea, sandwiches and prepared salads, rice dishes, Vietnamese rolls etc. decent prices and comparable to others in the shopping center, nice large space. Most items have pork and shrimp. Wish food was warm and fresh, best to come earlier in the day.
Really pretty bakery in the middle corner of Eden center. We stopped here to grab a mango bubble tea smoothie and take a look at their bakery items. They use fresh fruit in their smoothies, which is great. The boba pearls are not as sweet/soaked in honey as long as specialty bubble tea shops I believe, but they do the trick. There are many surrounding specialty bubble tea shops but this is a solid choice for a quick smoothie and some bakery items.
My favorite cake of all time to celebrate special moments/occasions is the pandan cake... It was when I was a child and I believe it will always be. And so this place is my place of choice for pandan cake, it is 1 of their strengths. They always have some fresh made ready for purchase, but if you order and reserve in advance the better. This place also has a lot of assorted pastries and desserts. But how good they are is relative to the individual. Customer service is mediocre to good.

This store has been around for a long time, maybe even since the 80's(?). I find they are always very patient, helpful and accommodating when I order. One of the ladies at the cash register is a familiar face and I have seen her there for years. They use real fruit in some of their boba flavors, and have good Banh mi sandwiches, other menu options as well... Last week I put in a phone order for a cake not knowing what to expect. This is one of the area places I saw that had light sponge cakes. The order was picked up today and I was pleasantly surprised with the outcome. I ordered a 10" cake and asked for vanilla flavor with fruit. Total was around $70. The cake was delicious/ and beautifully decorated. Ours was a very soft sponge cake w fruit in between the layers. Just perfect! It is difficult to see pictures of their cakes online. I have added some here for reference. The detail on the cake was very impressive. I love how the flowers turned out, so beautiful! Date: Tuesday, October 21st, 2025 Time: around 6pm *Slice of pandan roll cake A friend was here picking up dessert to bring to a get together. Since I was with him, I grabbed a slice of cake. I do love springy asian cakes. The pandan flavor was subtle and the cake was nice and fluffy. Not sure on the pricing, but I believe it was reasonable. Great little bakery and deli at the Eden Center that serves a decent variety of banh mi sandwiches at a decent price, Vietnamese style iced coffee, bubble tea, pastries, other prepared foods, and packaged snacks and food items mostly from Vietnam. Service was friendly in my opinion as well. I personally had the chicken banh mi, as well as the Vietnamese iced coffee, which were both great to me. read more

This place has a little bit of everything, from both sweet and savory pastries, noodles, rice crepes, bahn mi sandwiches and milk teas. I decided on a roast pork bahn mi, which was good, but I wish there were more veggies in it. I also bought a pineapple bun, which was nice and soft with plenty of creamy filling. That one was a great pick, and so were the rice crepes filled with pork and mushrooms. I brought the rice crepes home and re-steamed and browned them on both sides. They made an excellent snack or side dish. My family and I really enjoyed them, bc the package came with a generous amount for only 6$. All in all, a great place to get s variety of delicious foods. I will definitely come back again soon. read more

After devouring a bún bowl loaded with salty fish sauce, I decided to check out this bakery for something sweet. It's pretty small, but stocked with lots of Viet sweet treats (and plenty of appetizers!). I selected a butter bun, I believe it's called, and a Vietnamese coffee bubble tea. The butter bun had just the right amount of sweetness and the bubble tea, I mean how can you go wrong with Vietnamese coffee?! Because there were so many options, I also bought a shrimp appetizer which consisted of fried bread with a whole shrimp in it. Not sure what that was called, but me likely! Lastly, because I have no self control when it comes to food, I also bought some of the fried rice that they have on display. Delish! The next time I was in the area I stopped in, this time for a banh mi-- I just love how affordable these delicious sandwiches are in the Eden Center. I decided upon a roast pork banh mi and I must admit that the sandwich didn't even make it out of the parking lot! This was hands down the BEST French baguette on any banh mi that I've had in the area! I'd honestly have no hesitation buying a full bag of these baguettes and eating them with just butter! It had a nice, golden brown exterior with a perfectly chewy inside. Omg! And did I mention the sandwich was less than $5?! Definitely a must try if you are in the area, whether you crave something sweet or savory! read more

This place sells good mooncake a during the mid autumn festival. If you want to try the mooncake, give this place a try. They take $10 minimum for credit card. The cake is a bit expensive, you can either buy the whole box which contains 4 mooncakes or buying individually mooncake. read more
After multiple visits to Eden Center, I finally stopped by the actual deli/bakery I've been looking for all this time: Cha Kim Phung. Although they offer plenty of baked goods, it is the savory goodies that drew me in. FOOD: Nem Nuong: Solid. You get 5 large balls of nem nuong per stick. Buy a stick or 2 to snack on or add it to something else you're eating such as bun. Chao Tom: On par with other places. It was made well and had a decent thickness. Like the nem nuong, I only bought chao tom to snack on, but would also buy it if I was in the mood for banh hoi. Doi Chien: Solid. The sausage was made well and was quite flavorful. It had a slight sweetness that I was not a fan of, but this was good nonetheless. Ca Phe Sua Da (light) with Boba: Good. My mom isn't a fan of overly strong ca phe sua da, but she thought the light here was just right. The sweetness was perfect, and the ratio of ice to coffee was on point. Durian Shake with Agar Agar Jelly and Boba: Good. You get the taste of durian without the pungent smell; my dad said the sweetness was also perfect. The lady who made the shake was nice enough to honor his request of having a mix of both jelly and boba added to the drink. read more

Pretty good banh mi. I thought there was way too much bread for the amount of meat and toppings we got in the sandwich. I ended up taking half of the breading out. I loved their pickled vegetables, and their meat was flavorful and tender. They had bubble teas, fruits, desserts, pastries, and many more options at this place. A good place to visit if you want to try a lot of stuff without walking all around Eden. read more

I've been remiss in not leaving a good review for Cha Kim Phung. Sometimes Bambu next door and the other Eden Center delis seem a little overcrowded, and that's when I remember, there's always the calm-er vibe at Cha Kim Phung. Their counter food is delicious. I usually get Pate Chaud, the meat pastry, the sesame balls, and some pandan jelly sweet or mung bean cookie. I haven't had the fried stuff, not knowing what it is. Many people pick up the spring rolls 'packaged to go'. I am not a fan of their bahn mi sandwiches. I ate it once but didn't feel that it was put together with care. I've also picked up cut fruit (like raw mango with salt/chilli powder), and other items for sale on their shelves. They sell the Bahn Bao, which are the fluffy white buns stuffed with filling. I've got to comment on their bubble teas and Bubble Smoothies. Their boba are quite tasty. I've had avocado and coffee smothies. I was really pleased to find they were not overly sweet. I think they are slightly smaller than Thanh Son (down the corridor at Eden Center) but certainly on par with the other Delis. I really judge this place by the calm vibe I get here and I like it. The food is definitely just as good (barring the bahn mi -- because the competition here is too high for me to go back after a 'miss'). Give this pleasant Deli a try, it beats the craziness at BAMBU next door! read more
My favorite place to get bubble tea in Eden and they are the only shop in that plaza that sells pineapple buns. It's so good when you just don't have time to run to a dim sum place to buy them before they run out. All their breads, desserts, snacks, cakes are just wonderful. I hope that they won't ever close. Ahaha. The owners and workers just seem pretty worn out since it has been there for a long long time. Other than that if you are looking for great boba that has real fruits in their smoothies this is it. read more

This is my go-to, probably top 3 places at Eden to get eggrolls! They are crispy and the filling is tasty and full of flavor. They aren't warm when you get them but they are so good you don't even need to warm them up. I will sit there and eat 10...by myself. I don't get my banh mi or bubble tea here just because I prefer other places. I have tried them in the past but they aren't the "go-tos". The bakery items and meat they have at the counter are pretty amazing. They have these special "waffles", I wish I knew the name, I guess I could ask my mom the translation in english. The smell of these waffles are delightful, it takes you onto cloud 9 and you're floating out the store in sweet heaven. They are green coloring, its puffy, soft on the inside and a little crispy on the outside. But you have to ask for it, specially made for you. YUM! read more

I gave one star just because there is no other option. This place deserved a zero star review. It was a mistake to order the taro milk tea at this place instead of at kungfu tea or Vivi milk tea. They did put sugar powder with purple food dye to make a taro milk tea order??? It was a liquid sugar packed with full cup of ice cubes and frozen bobas. It's shameful to sell the product when don't know how to make a real milk tea. I do not recommend this place. It is more expensive than other milk tea stores. Don't waste your money on them like I did. read more

I used to buy Banh Xu Xe in this store, and I love it, however, I found a hair in the Banh Xu Xe I bought 2 days ago when I had it as my breakfast this morning , which almost made me vomit as I am pregnant now. I am shocked and very disappointed. read more

So I take it back. The banh bao was not as good as Song Long or Ban Ta Deli. Yes, it was cheaper ($2) but there was barely any filling and the dough was not sweet enough for me. Song Long was a bit more expensive and a bit bigger. Taste wise, Song Long was a bit better. I've also tried their char siu bao (bbq pork bun) and thought it needed more flavor. I'd rather buy them from Good Fortune. They are a little better and also cheaper there. Just have to get there earlier in the day before they run out. *edit* Went back for their pandan slice cake. Flavor was there and did not disappoint. Price was decent for what I got. There were a tiny tiny tiny bit of coconut chunks in it. Wish it had more. I'd pay $2 extra if they loaded up on the coconut. Wish other places made pandan flavor as I've only found it here. read more

It's a traditional Chinese bakery so they offer taro and I believe the pandan cake flavors. I can't remember exactly how much it costs per loaf or slice, but the all the prices there are reasonable so I don't think you'll be disappointed there. You…
