They schedule an appointment to come see your place and give you a quote. They were an hour late. There is no phone number on the business card so I just emailed and they did reply saying they would be there in a while. I should have known better then and not booked. They came today to clean. 3 people arrived, one being the one who came to offer a quote so he knew exactly what I was looking for. They missed a lot of obvious spots. I know cleaners can't be perfect but for $160 for a tiny pretty clean 1 bedroom apartment I expected it to be better. Like for example half of the kitchen sink wasn't cleaned at all. Parts of the counters and wall space above counters. Half the fridge was forgotten. Etc etc. They THREW AWAY my husband toothbrush and the holder he had. It mounted to the mirror and I have a matching one. His is gone. No one said anything and we didn't notice until bedtime. They broke the microwave. I watched it happen too. The woman was leaning on a part of it in order to get a better angle to clean and it snapped. Somehow she also got the entire microwave to loosen in its attachments in the wall as well. They did mention to us when they left it's broken and be careful when using it, but it wasn't like the before. I feel to awkward to call them out on the spot.. it's not like they are going to go get a new microwave and install it either. Wont be using this company again unfortunately.

We had A&E Cleaning service come to our house to clean. The initial "deep clean" was $240.00. There…read morewere lots of things that weren't cleaned. There were still some scuff marks on the walls, the entertainment center wasn't cleaned, and things weren't moved to clean under them. In the shower there were some rust stains that weren't cleaned and when they were brought to the attention of Ana, she said that they would come out with continued cleaning. We were able to completely remove them with about 2 minutes, a sponge, and some Ajax. All of these things were brought to her attention and she said she would come back and do ANOTHER cleaning and then we could decide if we wanted to continue the service. If we were to take this option and refuse to continue service with her, we'd be losing money because 2 cleanings at $240 is $120, which is more than the $80 cleaning that was offered after the initial cleaning. She agreed that the cleaning could have been better, but we didn't want to have them come back. We offered what we thought was fair for the cleaning that was done, which was $100, and we haven't heard back from her. Unhappy with the service and the communication of what appears the be the owner. See attached pictures.
