I explained several ideas that I had in mind to give my truck a facelift and the Wrap Legacy team contributed with several additional recommendations. The entire project took approximately one month, but it was well worth the wait. The group at Wrap Legacy exceeded my expectations by doing a phenomenal job, bumper to bumper! Most of the components (tint, moldings, wheel, brakes, bumpers, wrap, etc.) were all completed by Wrap Legacy. As you can see in the other two photos, my son was so impressed with my job, he decided to change the wrap on his IS500 Launch Edition during this same one-month period and they did not disappoint! In fact, his wrap was recognized and raved about from several people. Wrap Legacy actually offered up this recommended color and the finished product was exceptional. The quality and overall value cannot be beat. You absolutely must consider them for your next wrap or other jobs to give your vehicle a well-deserved facelift. They always honor their work and word even with little touch ups or concerns. I have noted that they find the time to work with their clients to address their wants and needs. They performed a full color change PPF on my corvette c8 back in Fall 2024, and I loved their work and team so much I brought my other vehicle the next year. I have always been bit particular with some parts especially minor bubbles, lifting or creases. This is due to my prior experiences with vinyl wrap and detailing, which are expected. It was previously wrapped in 3M Vinyl since June of 2022. I reached out, collaborated with Davey + Natasha regarding a specific color I wanted, and they confirmed they had worked with that material before, and would update me when the PPF arrived so I can plan my drive down from San Jose. Yes I drove both my cars, all the way from the Bay Area to them. That's how great Empire Custom Wraps are! They removed my Tesla's old Vinyl, reported there were no issues with that and performed full color PPF Change. After a few months I drove down for a touch up and despite them being very busy that day, Davey made it a promise that he would do this for me before I drove up. She said her seats were not properly cleaned either, and that the car appeared to have been vacuumed well and wiped with wax. She honestly felt she could have received the same service at Quick Quack. Yelp has a form that allows customers to explain exactly what services they're requesting, so I'm not sure how the interior shampoo was left out of the quote and service. Even if you believe something doesn't need to be cleaned, if the customer specifically requests and pays for that service, it should still be completed. Overall, Nick was pleasant, but the service did not match what I requested or expected.

I chose Mikes because they had the most thorough response and seemed really professional. However, three visits later, I have had the worst experience with the Riverside location. I chose the top of the line ceramic tint and paid $1,500. It was a lot but I wanted the best since I knew I would not buy another car in 10 or more years. The initial install was pleasant enough. I asked questions regarding a couple of bubbles I saw before I left and was assured by Erick that they would disappear after the moisture evaporated. Some did, lots did not. (See initial install photos) I went back to have the back and rear windows redone. The bubbles were worse on the back and on one of the triangle windows. (See 1st reinstall showing dust particles and bad cuts pics) Also, the clarity in the rear window was poor. (See light glares in rear window pic) I was told that it could be due to an astigmatism or the defroster lines. What?! Thinking that the 3rd time would be the charm I went back again for another fix. This time it seems they just made a complete mess of the backseat, the floor mats and carpet top behind the seats. This is a new car. It was pristine when I gave it to them. (See pics of goo and backseat mess). Also, there are still lots of dust bubbles along the back window worse than the second install . (see 3rd install pics which was Sat. July 12, 2025). I don't know what to do anymore. I spent so much money and each time I bring my car back I'm told, "this never happened before" only to leave with it looking worse! I'm beyond frustrated. It's supposed to be a 10 year warranty but I don't have it in me to keep going back wasting my time and energy. They didn't bother to walk the car after each install except the time that I asked and was assured that things would evaporate. I even walked back in after the third install and the front counter was empty. I just left and saw the backseat damage once I got home. I would never recommend this business to anyone. My daughter, my husband and my son were looking to get their cars done. They will be looking elsewhere.
