This salesman probably forgot to follow up on my conversation and chose to take a aggresive stand to hide their own inefficiencies. When he realized his mistake, he became frustrated and abruptly raised the price on the spot, saying that if I didn't agree, he would leave. It came across as a bait-and-switch and was highly unprofessional. I informed the owner but received no response, which suggests this behavior is acceptable.
