Franco has been barbering my partner's hair, and his father's for that matter, for many years now. The cuts have been reliable, and care seems to be taken, unlike other barbers of similar price range. Inside, the place looks like a typical barber's shop, but be careful you don't confuse Franco's for the hairdresser next door, aptly named John of Hollywood. Apparently the haircuts (for men) differ, and you could end up with a very average haircut instead of a decent one. I think Franco's does beards and moustaches as well, and I know they use an old fashioned razor to tidy the edges which always leaves my boyfriend smelling of an ancient antiseptic that can only come from a barber shop!
