I showed the manageress the Facebook message I had sent that I had sent a week after receiving the phone. The manageress claimed the message wasnt answered because the company had nothing to do with their Facebook or the online number given, and offered a third of the original purchase price despite the phone being unused, refused to give her name, the area manager's name or the managing director's name.
