I was finally able to stop by and give this place a try and I am SO happy that I did! I loved everything about my visit. The service was great and the food was AMAZINGGG!! I love ceviche and have tried so many different places but this is for sure one of my new found favorites. I enjoyed the rocoto ceviche; which warning is very spicy for my fellow spicy food lovers! 10/10 recommend this place :) read more

Ceviche Bowl - Food Trucks Near Me - Miami, Florida

I can't speak enough about how amazing this ceviche is. I've been to many places and the way the ceviche is prepared here was in such a simple yet thoughtful way. They let the seafood speak for itself and yet highlighted such delicious and complex flavors within each dish. I couldn't believe that all this came by a food truck that is in the parking lot of a Pep Boys. They had several tables and chairs and a couple fans to keep the air flowing under the tent. When you walk up, they greet you with a smile and hand you a menu. It's a super simple menu, the one side has all drinks/beverages and the other side has the ceviche and other entrees. They have descriptions under each dish and the chef was able to explain in more detail if you had any questions. I ordered the Mix Ají Alleno and the chicha morada and they told me to sit and I would pay when I left. I sat for maybe less than ten minutes and they brought out my ceviche and drink quickly. The food was delicious and light yet filling. I'll be back with more people next time! read more

The best new ceviche in town! I stopped by this new food truck over the weekend to grab dinner for my family. Once we were there we met the chef/owner Fernando who walked us thru the menu options. We picked 3 ceviches and the tacu tacu with picanha. The ceviche was so fresh and full of flavor! We got rocoto, aji amarillo, and the leche de Tigre. The quality of the seafood was top notch. I was loving the pieces of calamari he included in the ceviche! Definitely coming back for more! read more

This place is awesome plain and simple. Everything I have tried at this place is stellar. The pincaña burger with fries. The short rib Empanadas. The fried doughnut. The Ceviche Mixto is very good quality and flavor. I tried the beef heart for the first time in my life I took a chance because everything else has been so good. Wow I never thought I would enjoy that as much as I did. Just ate the Arroz chanchito it was delicious. I eat here every other day during the week. I'm so glad they decided to open up shop so close to my business. This place is a must try. Lots of flavor. read more

This is a 5 star restaurant on wheels. I don't usually review places but this hidden gem in Three Lakes is to die for. The service is phenomenal, the drive of the chef is evident not only with the spectacular food but the team, service, concept.. they have a cute covered seating area and also allow you to text in your order beforehand if you are in a rush. Many specials beyond their standard menu. Peruvian with a twist.. plenty of healthy options. Very pleased and will continue visiting. Definitely top notch! This is an absolutely top rate Peruvian, fusion, food truck. I ordered the Seco Limeño and it was the best I've had in ages. Well served portions and the prices are very good deal. So the food was good but as described. The lomo does not come with jasmine rice as advertised. Also they kept the postmate driver waiting for an hour and to add insult to injury they told the driver that I called to change the order for allergies. They had a bunch of orders and kept mine waiting for a while. Thus, I won't eat there again but that is just me, even though the food was not bad. No, I did not order the rice separately, it was the lomo saltiado and because I cook often I know what jasmine rice smells like. As far as the 10 dollar card is concerned I do not recall getting it but could have missed it. read more
