I think it was a mother- daughter team, which I really liked. They were quite efficient and worked together to get the job done. It seems brand new, I think they were offering a grand opening discount (yay!). A very good price and nice selection of colours. No hand massage though, if that's a thing for you. They slapped on a white tip halfway down my natural nail and covered it in clear acrylic, shaped them, then I was finished. I was in and out within 30 minutes. It sort of felt like they just wanted to get me out of there as soon as possible so they could close the salon. If you go here, I would not recommend asking for a French tip. My nails are also extremely sore and sensitive since I got them done yesterday. This place is okay if you're short on money and can deal with a little pain, but I definitely won't be going back.

The business is setup in her home it may not be as aesthetically pleasing as a salon but you know what she did a better job in my opinion compared to the fancy modern salons that I have been to, that the aesthetics of her business don't even matter. AND THE BEST PART about my experience was the price! If your a student like me her services are very affordable! I paid $45! Usually it's 5 to 15 dollars more with tax at other places so to me the price is awesome! Kandy was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and respectful! I was visiting from the states and was looking for a place to get my nails done. Every other nail…read moresalon in Lethbridge had low ratings but a friend recommended this place to me. I came in with acrylic nails wanting to take them off and just do gel. The lady suggested I do something with a gel base to make my nails stronger and I honestly hadn't heard of anything like it before so I said why not and tried it for the first time. I'm not sure what kind of gel base she used but my nails have grown beautifully and the gel did not chip at all! I love my nails and i'm going to keep an eye out for this gel from now on! They lasted 16 days perfectly in shape. Not only did they do a great job with my nails but all the nail techs were so sweet to my little sister during her first manicure experience and even offered her some Hi-Chew candy afterwards. She was raving about it during the whole ride home! Next time I am in town I will definitely come back :)

She took some dead skin off but my feet look like she missed a lot of spots. I didn't get a massage and it was a very rushed appointment. Meanwhile, the girl next to me got the same thing, arrived at the same time I did, and left way later than me because her person actually provided exceptional service. I truly wish they would make this service better, especially when paying $65 for it.
