I called and said I couldn't rebook online, and wondered if they could take my information so when the following weekend's scheduled opened up they could add me. She said no. Everything has to be done online. So I again explained it wouldn't let me reschedule online. From there she basically said "too bad." She said I could try booking online for the next weekend once the schedule opened up. I asked if that was allowed since technically my ticket would be in the past. She said she didn't know. Nowhere on the ticket does it say it has to be rebooked within the weekend you are purchasing. I wish I had read other reviews before purchasing a ticket in the first place.
